"Very clean and comfortable. Hot water was truly hot, bed was super comfortable, frig is the largest I've ever encountered in a motel/hotel, actual glassware (not plastic). Quiet neighborhood allowed for a good night's sleep. Parking was right outside my door which made it super convenient for carrying my stuff in."

"The property is in an excellent location. The accommodations fit our needs and beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was super easy and he answered all questions promptly. The home was charming. I was concerned that we would be near a local bar and disturbed by patrons and that was not a problem at all. We will return!"

"I was there for three nights on a trip with my 10- and 11-year-old grandsons. The breakfasts were great, as was the pool. There's enough around the Marshall area to fill the time with sightseeing, and when ready to just hang out at the hotel again, the pool more than sufficed to keep the boys happy. They said it was one of the best pools they'd ever swam in. We were on the third floor and had no problems with the elevator or vending machines. The rooms were clean, showers had good pressure, and temp control worked like I hoped it would. I would definitely stay there again."
