"Apartment was very clean and in a perfect position to explore. Very quiet too.Several good restaurants 2 minutes walk away and more in the Medieval City. There are a few different walking routes up to the Chateau but none were too strenuous (we are in our 60’s & 70’s)There’s a lovely Épicerie just 2 doors away where you can buy fresh baguettes, cheese, wine and other provisions, the staff there are extremely friendly.This was our first time in France and it was beyond our expectations."

"The location was about as good as you can hope - crazy close to the train station and conveniently located next to the canal, right outside of the touristic heart of the city. The rental was spacious and crazy comfortable - with amenities aplenty, the washing machine was a godsend. The rental looked clean, the terrace was perfect for a nice meal and a bottle of wine to unwind after a nice, hot day. AC made the apartment nice and cool, which was a must in the sweltering heat. "Property was secure and offered free, gated parking. It was located centrally to the chateau, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate our differences in languages. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, quiet, and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom and water closets were so spacious. There was even some hospitality coffee, tea, and sugars. We appreciated and enjoyed the stay so much that we sought out another Domitys property in Dinan, France, a few days later."

"The hotel has a great view of the castle and the roof top bar is definitely a bonus. The room was clean and have everything we needed however the toilet was in what can only be described as a cupboard with no space at all. The decor was too dark so much so that we couldn’t find the light switches! The carpet was black and when we dropped a black hair brush on the floor it took us 10 Minutes to find it!"

"This was terrific value for money and would happily stay again. While it's a good 15 mins or so up a hill from the station, for £40 or so, there's nothing at all to complain about- big rooms with cooking facilities, microwave and even a dishwasher should you need it, a lovely swimming pool and staff who were knowlegable and extremely helpful; particularly Guaytan , who couldn't have been more efficient and personable. All in all, very good."
