  • Vacation apartment in a historic country house on a private property of 5 hectares, situated on a gentle hill above a beautiful valley with characteristic Umbrian villages. The house has been renovated and transformed into 4 spacious vacation apartments (IUP758, IUP759, IUP760 and IUP761). Enjoy the quiet location and panoramic views of the surrounding area. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue. The pool and sun terrace are for communal use. IUP758 has a large private veranda with barbecue for pleasant outdoor meals. Distances: 1.6 km grocery stores, 7 km Marsciano (stores of all kinds), 10 km Deruta (very famous for its pottery), 20 km Perugia, 30 km Assisi. The Umbria region with its mix of culture, tradition, unspoiled nature and gastronomic specialties is guaranteed to surprise you!

Vakantie met het gezin

Het was een zeer ruim appartement met een ruim overdekt terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Zeer goede WIFI, wat belangrijk is voor de 2 18 jarigen die mee waren.Zeker een aanrader. Het ligt wel ver weg van alles om boodschappen te doen. Het is er heel rustig, er zijn 6 appartementen op het domein maar wij waren er nu helemaal alleen.
