Whilst we thank you for your stay at our guesthouse we would like to clarify the following. The room booked 002 is showing as triple internal room not “sea view” as could have been interpreted. Actually if you look side ways from the window there is a sea view but we did not list it so. Being the Christmas period the garbage was collected slightly late by the trucks. That day was very windy and papers and carton flew out of a paper bag. We do excuse ourselves for this. A mishap did also happen on Friday, when the 002 lock got stuck, These are new locks installed less than 3 months ago and somehow this particular lock misfunctioned. Once again we apologize with you. I hope the clients recall that whilst trying to solve this issue we went outside to check hoping the window was open (thinking we could jump inside to open the door from the inside) but the window was closed. Our cleaning lady entered the room the day after for room cleaning and found the window open. She left it open thinking it’s the clients request. We excuse our selves if this was misinterpreted. We thank you for the other positive comments listed otherwise.
