Spectacular Sea-View Villa with Spa Area

This unique property is located facing the pristine coast of Marsaskala with breathtaking views of the sea. This 7 bedroom contemporary villa has been designed around an ambitious project; a goal to create a luxury property set on a unique area with direct access to the beach. It encompasses all the necessary factors to ensure a serene and restful escape for anyone residing in it. The property is served with an elevator, is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property.



The villa is set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city life, nestled just in front of the sea. It is located just 30 minutes away on foot to the center of Marsaskala. Here one finds a delightful natural harbor onto which a number of bars and restaurants are situated facing the promenade. Less than 15 minutes away by car there is the historical town of Vittoriosa. In summer one may take the ferry from the Vittoriosa waterfront to Valletta. For the more adventurous there is also another ferry from Valletta to Sliema. The neighboring towns of Birzebbugia and Marsaxlokk are also worth a visit, these are 15 minutes away by car. Marsaxlokk is a fishing village, with several restaurants. A market is set up every Sunday on the promenade where one finds all sorts of things, from fresh fish to souvenirs!

Beautiful villa for a large group

Beautiful villa that looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect for a large group, it has all the amenities you need. The pool is not heated and so was quite cold, but a beautiful view and direct access to the sea. The games room and underground spa were great. There is also an external company they work with that will organise various activities, which made our stay extra special and easy.

We had a wonderful holiday! The house is everything we needed to enjoy the Mediterranean at our doorstep, the pool, spa, games, main living area with beautiful views and well appointed bedrooms and baths. Amanda was terrific, helping us with everything we needed, and made checkin and out easy. Mathew arranged two wonderful evenings for us with delicious chef prepared meals!

Marvellous large villa near Marsaskala, Malta

A very spacious villa with direct access to a rocky beach but within walking distance of St Thomas Bay where there is a sandy beach. There are several well stocked convenience stores 2-5 minutes walk away, and a larger supermarket, butcher and wine shop within easy reach. There are lots of places to eat nearby. We arranged for a chef on 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the food which was restaurant quality and very plentiful. The games room would be a huge attraction to a family group. Public transport is excellent and we didn't feel any need for a hire car. Amanda and her team were available and responded to queries very promptly.

Spectacular Property and Location

This property is a wonderful oasis by the sea, which far exceeded all expectations. Everything about the property is amazing, starting with the ocean view, the gorgeous deck with pool and waterfall, beautifully designed kitchen and dining area, the comfortable well-appointed rooms, the endless entertainment options, hot tub, steam bath and large private garage. We loved our stay here, and were truly sad to leave. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful villa right on the seafront. Spacious with so much to enjoy. Hired private chef for family pre-wedding dinner -awesome. Great location to attractions. Host co-ordinated check in and check out with our son (the groom) who was already in Malta. A fabulous experience for everyone!!!

The perfect place!

An amazing house for the 12 of us. Plenty of space to spread out. Great kitchen. Wonderful outdoor space. We used Njoy to coordinate airport transfers, private chef, and excursions. Everything went as planned. Loved every minute of the week!

What a villa... words can't explain what we felt at our arrival. The view and the villa are outstanding. Everything inside the villa is done with style and the pool is breathtaking (not saying that because it was cold in December ^^) But those 3 days would not be that perfect without the help, follow up and kindness of our host Amanda ! Amazing luxurious villa

This is a superb villa, clean, well located and has tons of enjoyment to offer. Sauna, hot tob, pool table, gym, private pool... you name it!!! All is there! I honesty didnt want to leave... Perfect Stay

The stay was truly wonderful and relaxing all in one. The villa is simply fantastic and perfect for 8 people. Everyone can do as they please there, as there is plenty of space and various options for activities to enjoy your time on-site. Whether it's listening to the sound of the sea and watching the waves, playing table tennis, or using the sauna and the whirlpool, everything is possible within the comfort of your own four walls. It's truly amazing being so close to the sea. The rooms were all beautifully and warmly decorated, and the villa was really clean. The location allows easy access to various places by car with short distances. So, all in all, it was the perfect stay and perfect for a group of several people! We would love to come back again and again!

Gorgeous villa and wonderful hosts

A group of 17 friends stayed at this gorgeous villa for 4 nights and it totally exceeded our expectations! The pictures just don't even do it justice - it really has the wow factor with its palacial architecture and it's the gift that keeps on giving. There's so much space for entertaining and we never felt like were too overcrowded in any of the social areas. The kitchen is superbly kitted out with everything you need to host a group dinner party and the pièce de résistance is undoubetdly the basement which boasts an incredible games area. Amanda and Arvin were excellent hosts and were always available to support with our endless queiries, in a very timely and responsive manner. This villa stay is an absolute MUST, you will not regret it.

Amazing, truly spectacular villa!

Well, what can I say, this villa is just utterly beautiful, amazing, so spacious (way bigger than I thought!) and just perfect for a group of family or friends! We had the best time and can’t thank the team who run this villa enough! Amanda the host is great, so helpful and the team who helped us with all the services were incredible, Brenda is wonderful and so helpful, they all made our stay magical! The private chefs we had arranged by the hosts were fantastic, Sean was lovely, the food was amazing, the service was fantastic and overall just a wonderful evening for all 16 of us, so huge thank you to Sean and the team for arranging this all for us! Absolutely fabulous

This beautiful dvilla by far exceeded everyone’s expectations. From the airport pick to our departure one week later everything went extremely smoothly. If you want to stay in one of THE best properties in Malta then this it. With its unprecedented access to a rocky beach and a clear blue sea just yards away then this is for you. Shops are nearby as is bus access and the property has a large garage space. Outdoor barbecue area, beautiful pool, steam room, jacuzzi, table tennis and pool all added to the fun. A brilliant, wonderful stay at an immaculately presented villa in wonderful Marsaskala. We would love to come again. Thank you Amanda for all your help and kindness. Tony

We absolutely loved our villa.

This was our best family holiday ever, the villa is out of this world. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing kitchen and living space, games room card table, darts board, pool table, jacuzzi Turkish bath. Swimming pool then a few steps down to the sea where we snorkel of the rocks fantastic. Loads of sun loungers , BBQ large table and chairs for the family to eat . There are many more things to do, our family ranged from 7 to 71. So with all of these things wi fi games and everything I can honestly say I never heard the” I'm bored “saying all week. If I had to say anything, we would have liked a safe for passports and valuables. And more sets of keys , as we were out st different times and more keys would be handy. But if you choose this villa your in for a fantastic time. Thank you There is a garage which fitted our 5 cars easily .

Perfect villa!

In the villa we celebrated a small wedding. We wanted to have a beautiful house with pool and sea view. The villa was perfect! Our guests were delighted! The house is beautifully located by the sea, has a nice area and everything you need to relax by the pool. You can use the grill, sunbeds etc. The rooms are nicely decorated, big and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very comfortable. All the kitchen equipment was at our disposal. The living room has huge windows that show the terrace, pool and the sea. Mahi Mahi has a games room (snooker, table football, table for cards, playstation, dart), sauna, jacuzzi, elevator and a large garage. There is a bus stop right next to the villa's door. The owners are friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Amanda for nice contact! She explained everything, showed the entire villa and was always on the phone :) The villa is wonderful with everything you need for a perfect and relaxed holiday. We will definitely come back here! :)

A fantastic and unique in a beautiful location

The property was even more impressive than the photos suggested. We chose the villa because we were a large group and wanted to celebrate a 70th birthday in style. On arrival, The owner (Amanda) showed us around and pointed out all the facilities, which were excellent. We had a minor problem with one of the flushes in one of the (many) bathrooms. This was quickly resolved. The villa was presented in excellent condition and was very clean. Although it was April, the children made very good use of the pool and there was no competition when choosing rooms as all were large, well appointed and most were ensuite. In terms of activities, we mostly eat out, particularly in the nearby village of Marsaxlokk, which has excellent fish restaurants. I particularly recommend ‘Terrone’ in Marsaxlokk. There is also a grocery store nearby and the kitchen facilities in the villa were very good. The ‘Games Room’ is cavernous, with pool, table football and a ridiculously large tv for video games. There is even a side room for card games. Check out was easy and customer service was faultless. The choice of similar accommodation is very limited in Malta. Although not the cheapest accommodation, it was definitely value for money given the quality of the rooms, setting and general facilities. We were mixed ages - from children, teenagers and adults. Two of our group have mobility problems and, on the whole, the accommodation is disabled friendly. I know from years of living in Malta or visiting the island that this cannot be said of most houses.
