Built in full respect of the local architecture and the surrounding landscape, in which it fits with harmony and coherence, the villa was designed to ensure a high standard of living. The welcoming interiors, embellished with exposed stone walls and ceilings with wooden beams, combine ancient charm and modern comforts. The elegant living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen are ideal for spending pleasant convivial moments. Four romantic bedrooms and four bathrooms make up the sleeping area. The villa is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV in the bedrooms and in the living room. The proximity to all the main sites of historical, archaeological and naturalistic interest in western Sicily, are a further plus of Villa Roica which is a few kilometers drive from Mothia, Segesta, Selinunte and Erice, from the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, from Scopello, San Vito and from the Zingaro reserve.

*Payment terms: Deposit equal to 30% of the total price to be paid upon confirmation. The remaining 70% must be paid 60 days before the start of the vacation.
