"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. "Overall is a ok hotel, The staffs are friendly but the pluming wasn’t good. Shower room water was stuck. We could take a showers. We can’t brush our teethbecause the sink water was nearly. The view from our balcony was nice."
