"Ali at front desk was exceptional. Lovely five star all inclusive resort, and unlike many Egypt Five Star ratings, this one was earned. Spacious, clean and well maintained, well worth the extra money vis a vis the adjacent JAZ resorts, even more luxurious and modern feeling than the other nearby Steigenberger Coraya resort which has a more clustered and rustic vibe, although closer to the sandy beach. "For the 2nd year in a row we had a great holiday at Jaz Maraya. highlights: very child friendly, nice house reef in the bay for snorkelers and divers and friendly employees. We will be back for a 3th time.
A friendly suggestion for the hotel: provide a bit more lightning at the playground outside the main restaurant. It's dark early and our kids like to play there during/after diner but a bit more light would be nice."
