What an incredible hotel experience! We lucked out with a newly finished room in the recently constructed part of the resort, offering tranquility and a beautiful sea-facing view. The house reef teemed with vibrant marine life, and the beach was impeccably maintained. The diving team, especially Sultan, Ahmed, and Rafa, and the animation crew were outstanding in their dedication – they made our Christmas party a blast! Big applause to the hardworking waitstaff, cleaners, gardeners, and the bakery's lady for baking the most amazing Egyptian bread. While the location was convenient to the airport and Port Ghalib trips, it was quite distant from Hamata, and the surrounding area lacked development with no nearby supermarkets. However, this seems typical for most resorts in Marsa Alam. Overall, this was one of the best value-for-money hotels we've experienced in Egypt, offering an unforgettable resort holiday spiced up with some fantastic snorkeling and beach adventures. Will stay again here in the future.

For the price, it was a great vacation stay
Staff was very accommodating and the food was plentiful and mostly good. Unfortunately the drinks were very watered down (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The slides were great. It would have been nice to have a shallower kiddie pool for our toddler. Although it appears from the photos that there is a lot of beach, it is actually full of rubble (probably from the coral of the Red Sea) so we could only take our toddler to the "beach" when the tide let out and there was a small place in a cove next to the pier. The snorkeling and diving near the pier was outstanding! It was nice to have a dive shop right on site. There is a big playground which is conveniently shaded and has mostly good equipment but some of it definitely needs repairs. My massage at the Cleopatra Spa was wonderful. The bathroom could also use better lighting since there was no light over the shower.

Bella struttura con camere grandi e tenute benissimo molto pulite e funzionali. Cucina molto varia con lo chef Angelo italiano molto bravo, gentile e professionale che è sempre a disposizione del cliente. La barriera corallina è la fauna marina sono meravigliose e in più occasioni ci è successo di vedere i delfini e le tartarughe marine.

녹물이 나오고 불편함
숙소는 낡았고 온수를 틀면 녹물이 나옵니다. 하루종일 켜놔도 녹물이 나와서 숙박하는 내내 찬물로 샤워했습니다. 식사내용은 단조로왔으며 5시30분이후로는 워터풀을 이용할 수 없었고 6시 이후로는 수영장을 이용할 수 없었으며 시간내에 갔을 때는 수영타월이 모자라 숙소에서 타월을 가져와야했습니다. 체크인시 직원들이 호텔스닷컴에서 예약했다고 예약번호를 알려줬음에도 불구하고 영어로 된 내역을 보이라고해서 핸드폰의 언어를 바꾸는 등 체크인에 30분을 소요했으며 지연된 것에 대해 직원들의 사과도 받지 못했습니다. 그리고 시내에서 많이 떨어져서 마르사알람공항이 아닐경우는 상당한 시간을 허비해야하며 숙소 앞에서 바로 고버스를 탈 수 있음에도 불구하고 누구하나 제대로 알려주는 사람이 없었습니다.

Die Hotelanlage wird gut gepflegt. Aber dass die Kinderrutsche um punkt 17.00 oder je nach dem etwas früher geschlossen wird und man danach aus dem Pool geschickt wird ist nicht so super, vorallem wenn noch viele Leute da sind. Sonst alles o.k.

Villaggio sul mare. Reef ottimo a cui si accede dal pontile. Spiaggia pulita dotata di lettini e ombrelloni; con lauta mancia si ha il posto vicino e comodo, altrimenti si fanno i km. 2 piscine molto piccole per la quantità di ospiti. Camere pulite tutte con vista mare, letti molto duri. Cibo ripetitivo. Frutta solo alla sera : o melone o cocomero; quotidianamente solo arance e datteri. Pulizia del ristorante tipica egiziana. Soggiorno rilassante
Ho soggiornato la scorsa settimana in questo resort. Il clima è stato ottimo 30 gradi di giorno e fresco la sera, solo sabato c'era un po' di vento. La camera spaziosa, sempre pulitissima con acqua sigillata in omaggio ogni giorno e biancheria impeccabile. Le aree di ristoro organizzate al meglio, il cibo qualitativamente valido: premetto che io non vado all' estero a cercare piatti italiani, ma riconosco se quello che mangio è stato cucinato bene. Ci sono 3 piscine ma ne abbiamo usata 1 perchè gli ospiti erano limitati: dotata di bar e 3 scivoli per bambini e adulti. Il servizio spiaggia molto confortevole. L' accesso al mare è possibile in alcuni punti della spiagga oppure attraverso un pontile che da sul mare aperto per vedere i pesci che sono davvero molti e bellissimi. Vengono organizzate frequenti escursioni per tutti i gusti. Il Resort sorge in pieno deserto e per raggiungere Port Ghalib dove ci sono locali e negozi è necessario 1 taxi. Nella hall ci sono comunque alcuni negozietti. Personalmente ho provato la Spa che è uno dei punti di forza del resort e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dal ciclo di trattamenti. L' animazione (internazionale) propone in modo cortese alcune attività sportive e di ballo, ogni sera c'è uno spettacolo diverso per gli ospiti: sono molto abili, complimenti! Per tutta la settimana ho potuto constatare la gran professionalità dello staff che si prodiga per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti in modo rapido e sempre col sorriso. L' unica pecca a
