Hassled by the animation team a lot. At least 3 times an evening. Near impossible to get sunbeds. Food good, rooms clean. Everything charged in euros and constantly trying to push other drinks not in package on you. Italian restaurant poor. Others good.

Food was okay. Have to pay extra for real juice, which is disappointing- especially because they don’t warn you about that but surprise you with the bill later. Only other juice available is gross fake sugar-water juice. Not much in the way of healthy options, either beverage or food-wise.

Struttura un po' datata ma molto pulita personale estremamente cordiale. Il cibo Non esattamente internazionale molte spezie molto aglio molti cibi caratteristici. L'animazione è completamente assente Infatti spesso non abbiamo partecipato ad attività e spettacoli serali perché non erano rese note in maniera facile da cogliere nè risultavano visibili ... sarebbe bastato un cartellone davanti alla sala del riatorante. gli animatori non passavano a comunicare con i clienti, salvo rare eccezioni. La spiaggia è molto bella e le piscine sono tenute molto bene complessivamente anche tutta la parte esterna del Resort è curata con estrema attenzione

La barriera corallina è accessibile da 3 punti grazie ad un molo lungo 400 MT. Molto vicino c'è la baia di Marsa Mubarak molto riparata dal vento e dalle correnti per avere un ulteriore zona di snorkeling.I ristoranti egiziano e libanese sono molto buoni,accettabili l Italiano e il ristorante a buffet. Animazione molto tranquilla e poco invasiva. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutto l occorrente per trascorrere un bel soggiorno,una menzione speciale va a Mahamood che ci ha sempre fatto trovare una camera pulita ed in ottime condizioni. Tornerò sicuramente

Excellent hôtel et merveilleux récifs coralliens

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien entretenu, fleuri, propre et accueillant. Belles piscines. Belle plage avec de nombreux transat. Accès aux récifs de coraux depuis la plage (chaussons ou palmes fortement conseillés). Fonds marins exceptionnels en masque et tuba. Tortues aussi. Autre baie accès à pied en 20 à 30 minutes avec si vous êtes chanceux la possibilité de croiser le dugong nageant dans la baie. Beaux massifs de coraux aussi. Spa et massages à l'hôtel très professionnels. Nourriture variée et restaurant égyptien à tester dans la semaine. Nous y retournerons sûrement avec nos enfants pour leur faire découvrir la plongée.

Nonostante gli arredi della struttura siano datati, la pulizia è eccellente, il servizio è eccellente, il cibo è vario di qualità che riesce ad accontentare ogni gusto, internazionale e anche italiano. Complimenti. Il wifi è presente un pò dappertutto, in alcuni punti migliorabile. Il punto mare però è il vero valore aggiunto, insuperabile. Consigliatissimo.

Die Anlage liegt sehr abseits, allerdings fährt ein Shuttle für 3 € Hin-und Rückfahrt pro Person zum shoppen nach Port Ghalib. Sonst ist da nix. Das Fayrouz an sich ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und die Speisenauswahl mehr als groß und geschmacklich sehr gut. Eher als Urlaub ohne Kinder gedacht, da außer dem Trixi Club wenig Angebot für Kids. Animation nicht aufdringlich, aber präsent.

Personnel désagréable

L'hôtel est idéalement situé si vous voulez faire du snorkeling mais le personnel de l'hôtel et du club de plongée n'est pas aimable du tout, voir même désagréable. Il faut compter des suppléments pour de nombreux extras qui devraient à mon sens être inclus dans la formule all inclusive comme par exemple les jus de fruits frais au petit déjeuner. Sachez que si vous ne restez pas une semaine complète, vous ne serez pas traité de la même façon par le personnel notamment à la réception. Par exemple, le réceptionniste nous a dit que comme nous ne restions que 3 nuits nous n'avions pas le droit d'aller au restaurant à la carte. Où est-ce que cela est indiqué ??? Il nous a soit disant fait une fleur en prenant notre réservation. Sauf que quand nous sommes arrivés au restaurant le lendemain la réservation n'avait pas été faite et nous nous sommes fait engueuler par le chef du restaurant. Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis les bienvenus. Nous avons eu de multiples problématiques non résolues durant le séjour : distributeur de savon qui ne fonctionne pas malgré avoir demandé à 3 reprises pour qu'il soit réparé mais l'hôtel n'a pas fait le nécessaire et ne nous a pas non plus mis à disposition de savon en échantillon par exemple, lorsque nous contactions la réception par téléphone, l'interlocuteur n'avait jamais la réponse, nous disait qu'il nous rappellerait mais ne nous rappelait jamais... Le taxi pour aller à l'aéroport est hors de prix (30€ pour moins de 10 minutes de route).

schöne Anlage, einige Mängel

es war gut jedoch wurden wir für den Transfer vom Flughafen abgezockt. 40€ resp 80 retour für 3 Personen! das für 6 km Distanz zum Flughafen. Auch die Kontrolle, dass keine Liegestühle reserviert werden funktioniert nicht. Nach 9 Uhr waren bereits alle vorderen Stühle mit Tüchern besetzt und niemand weit und breit zu sehen, obwohl es heisst nach 1Stunde werden die Tücher entfernt. Es gäbe auch einiges zu renovieren ansonsten war alles tip top
