We had a great stay, relaxing and comfortable. The special touches, books and really lovey paintings make it even better. The house, is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. Thank you!

Amazing views. Place is well equipped but basic. Be aware no TV so need to bring your entertainment. Fantastic place to escape too highly recommend.
Thanks Harvey for a lovely stay in this super clean, cute and perfectly sized beach house. As a little family of 4 it had absolutely everything we needed and the access to the beach was wonderful.
Thanks again !
We’d stayed at Beach House 1 years ago & we’re excited to be going back, it was just as we remembered! Perfect location, so peaceful, with uninterrupted views of Green Point Beach & Ann Bay. The house was spotlessly clean & homey, great bed in the main bedroom & very serviceable kitchen. We enjoyed the roast pork meal at the Marrawah Inn only a few minutes drive away. Can’t wait to go back!

Stunning location and views. House itself has been thoughtfully designed and equipped. Even offers leaf tea and ground coffee. Good selection of books and art.
Helpful, friendly host with local info.
Couldn’t ask for more!
Have wanted to experience this particular unit in its prime seaside location for years . The Unit is well set up, clean and has a prime location overlooking Greens Point Beach that can be spectacular in rough Westerly weather. Unfortunately the weather did not co-operate with me being Easterly but the overnight stay still met my expectations.
I would heartily recommend Marrawah Beach House 1, five stars !!
The Marrawah beach house has held a longstanding affection in our family when we stayed here in 2003. We were living in Hobart for a year and have always said we d go back . Well 21 years later 3 of us finally did it and the magic hasn’t altered. Just the best place to chill, watch the waves.
A simple home with spectacular views to watch the waves roll in. We had Green Point Beach to ourselves apart from the hooded plovers, oyster catchers and pacific gulls. How spoilt!
Thank you Jan and Harvey for sharing your property.
