House was wonderful!

Pros: Our host Juan was so kind and helpful, very flexible and really wanted our stay to be the best. House was big and very clean. Everything worked just fine! Good location as well, quiet street with no visibility.

Fabulous villa

This villa is fabulous and is very high end, and is exactly as pictured on website. There are 4 double and one twin room. All rooms were spotless, white bath towels and face towels and large pool towels provided. The pool are is just perfect. There is a large veranda area with comfortable couches for those who find the sun too hot. The pool was spotless and 2.1 meters at the deep end. This kitchen was well equipped with two fridges and two freezers. A welcome basket with milk, orange juice, bread etcwas provided as we arrived on a Sunday and shops are closed. A fresh fruit bool was also included. Juan was very informative on arrival and handover was very pleasant and straightforward. This property is twenty minutes from Palma and therefore car is essential as taxis are hard to get. This villa is ideally suited to older families or adult groups as there is no play area or playground. I highly recommend this property and Juan and his wife are super hosts. Thank you for a great week in your villa.

Really nice stay

Pros: The house was great, good airconditioning, nice facilities, swimmingpool but also the kitchen, bbq and sitting areas. Also the host was very kind, explained everything and maked sure we had a nice stay. Cons: If you want to go somewhere, also supermarket you need a car to come there unless you want to do everything with taxi. Nothing is on walking distance.

Amazing stay

Stayed at this property for 6 nights with 3 other couples. The villa had plenty of room and very clean with an amazing outdoor space. Location is very quiet but accessible to all major ports. The host was excellent from start to finish. Would love to use the property again

Villa mar y tierra was truly incredible! Unforgettable experience!!!

Pros: Our stay at FINCA MAR Y TTIERRA was truly incredible! The host was extremely kind and always available for any questions or needs, which made us feel very welcome and cared for. The house itself is amazingly comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the spacious and cozy porch, where we spent most of our time at any hour of the day. It’s beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and has a wonderful breeze that made lounging there so pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the quality of the bedding and towels is excellent. The swimming pool is in perfect condition and its size was just right for us to relax and have fun. The location is ideal — situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering peaceful solitude without any noise disturbances, yet close enough to major roads and highways. This made it very easy to visit Palma for sightseeing, explore the best shopping centers, or enjoy the nearby beaches.

Pros: Gastgeber sind mega freundlich, haben auch etwas Obst da gelassen. Cons: Es fehlte die Grundausstattung in der Küche, Salz Pfeffer Essig Öl. Und Toilettenpapier,😀

Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa

Pros: Die Einrichtung Top. Betten sind bequem. Jeder Schlafraum verfügt über eine Klima Anlage. Der Besitzer ist sofort erreichbar und kümmert sich, wenn etwas zu bemängeln ist. Schöne ruhige Lage. Pool sehr gepflegt sowie der Garten. Cons: Leider waren nicht wie angegeben, Salz Pfeffer und Öl im Haus. Ansonsten war alles so wie beschrieben.
