"A small but reasonably comfortable chalet in a beautiful location with a view of the lake. Nice place to enjoy the onsite facilities and visit the area. Downsides. There was no oven in the kitchen which was frustrating, just a very small microwave without oven feature. There was no control on noise from other groups that partied until the early hours on several nights "

"It seems that the host has a special opinion about what "Lux" means. When we arrived at the place, it was quite cold and there was no guidance on how to turn on the heating and the thermostats on the radiators were covered with rubber, preventing us from adjusting the temperature. Additionally, there wasn't enough bedding for the three of us. Only one bed was prepared, and I had to personally go to the host owned hotel to complain and ask for extra bedding. Same issue with the towels. I booked...
