"Clean room, leaking shower, half a toilet roll, WiFi didn't reach to the terrace, TV constantly buffering and no parking as advertised, also charged 25€ fees even though on the site it states all taxes and fees included , when I asked about the extra charge I was advised to question hotels.com so I'm asking now. "Pros: Great location. Very clean. Pleasant and professional staff. Large pool with lots of loungers. Breakfast Buffet had many options and was replenished often. Good variety of food options off the property along the beach. Cons: No Coffee in the room. A face cloth is not supplied with the bathroom towels. No Iron or ironing board in the room. One could be borrowed at the front desk when available with a 20 Euro deposit. Pool towels require a 20 Euro deposit per towel and refunded at the end of stay with their return. This was common in Cuba 20 years ago, but even there the policy has changed to providing without deposit."
