We were also locked out of our room for about an hour and the staff could only open the door with a master key, which we had to ask for at the lobby. "Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to the bus station and just a short walk from the town centre. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the convenience and overall experience made it worthwhile. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the front-of-house team in particular were excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was quite late, which wasn’t ideal after travelling, but everything else ran smoothly. Having a ski shop within the hotel was a big plus and made organising equipment very easy. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner and the food was good. Breakfast, however, was quite expensive, so we ended up opting to eat elsewhere in the mornings. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The location, helpful staff, and on-site ski facilities made things easy, and I would definitely stay here again."

We had to ask for a safe to be installed— was done before we finished breakfast—super responsive. Worth the money. "
