Hotel is in a great location with an excellent staff .. when I got sick during my stay, the staff , including head manager Mr. Ender were very helpful.. they have immediately opened a new room for my kids so that I can isolate myself from them and recover…. The room service is fast enough .. I was not super pleased with their restaurant food… our food was cold every time we ordered.. breakfast however was different .. a lot of varieties and staff was very helpful to address our needs .. overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families with younger kids , even perhaps for couples..

By far the worst four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were poorly trained and not helpful. They don't have a concierge. The shower flooded the bathroom and never produced hot water. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Otel guzel bir otel sahibi de ilgili tatli biri..Ancak yetersizlikler var..Servis elemani yetersizdi.Bazen birsey istemek yada sormak icin kimseyi bulamayabiliyorsunuz..Onun disinda plajda semsiye ve sezlong koyulmamisti yeni direk cakiliyordu bu pek iyi olmadi..Ama sezon basi oldugu icin olabilir..yinede hazir olmaliydi..

İşletme sorunlu biraz ama otel hala güzel

İşletme sorunları olan bir mekan. Sabah 8:30 da oda önünden gürültülü bir şekilde el arabaları geçmememeli örneğin insanlar uyuyor. Tekerlekleri sessiz bir şeyler bulun. Havuzbaşına bir tostun gelmesi 45 dakikayı bulmasın. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ama süreçlerde bir sorun var gibi.

the grounds/gardens are immaculate and give a high star rating rather than the room facilities which are rather damaged and dated, there are no coffee or tea making facilities, a bath but no plug so unuseable. Male staff a bit slow and often not easy to find for drinks etc, bars often unmanned and under stocked, NO BUDWIESER. Highly overpriced and not somewhere I would go to again.

Otel çalışanları yaptıkları işten şikayetçi gibiydi.Odamiz otoparka bakıyordu..Boş oda olmasına rağmen güzel oda verilmemişti.Hijyen iyiydi sadece.Otelin sadece bulunduğu yer güzeldi.Mesaj gönderme rağmen yatak üzerinde bir tek çiçek yoktu..Vasattttttt...😟

Akyakada tercih edilebilecek en iyi otel diyebilirim. Halk plajının çok kalabalık olduğunu düşünürsek, kendine ait plajının olması büyük avantaj. Otel lobisinden plaj havlusu alınıp denizde ve havuzda kullanılabiliyor. Odalar temiz ve genişti. Kahvaltı standart. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve tekrar tercih ederiz.

Abartısız söylüyorum hayatımda kaldığım f/p oranı en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Gecesine bu kadar para bayılıp, kliması çalışmayan, balkon kapısı açılıp kapanmayan, temizliği ortalamanın altı, kahvaltısı rezil bir otel daha önce ne gördüm ne duydum. Bilmeyenler için söyleyeyim kendilerine ait bir plajı var gibi gösteriliyor ama yok. Halk plajının önünde ve hiçbir ek hizmet yok. Kahvaltıda yalandan meyve suyu bile yok. Unutulmaz bir deneyim olduğu kesin ama hayatımın en kötü deneyimi olarak...
