Good but no parking

Comfortable rooms in need of a few fixes, standard Turkish style breakfast. Reasonably quiet. Decent pool. Very conveniently located close to the central part of the beach promenade. Staff very nice and helpful. Contrary to the description however, there is no on-site parking available, and there may not be a parking spot in the narrow streets around the hotel if arriving late in the day.

Very best to beach and has shops and restaurants. However can be very noisy as there are bars and karaoke nearby. It comes with being in convenient areas and so I was ok with it.

In general, it was a good place, comfortable bedroom, pool area, nice restaurant, good enough breakfast. I had a room with balcony to the avenue and it was a little bit noisy, but not until to late, not bad, the only place that needs a little bit of clean, was the Restroom and shower, but we thank for all the attentions to the staff, good place for the price.

We enjoyed the stay. It is a good hotel. Close to the beach area. Good location. But, Parking space was a big problem. Parking only on the street. It is very hard to find parking space on the street. Breakfast was ok but it was not rich enough.

Good hotel, good service

Stuff were so kind and helpful, foom was bigger than we thought and clean, we booked just B&B so I can tell breakfast was delicious full Turkish breakfast with some cereals if you choose, location is perfect for shoppers , there are many bars,restaurants (I strongly advise Taj Mahal Indian restaurant and Mandorin Chinese restaurant which is on the top floor of Taj Mahal) if you would like to swim in the sea you will be guiet away but there is a swimming pool in hotel not so big just enough yo cool you down.there is a pool bar.

On the Expedia website, it mentions free self parking on site. There is no on site parking and extremely limited street parking close by. When we arrived, we managed to park 20 minutes walk away. We did find a suitable parking space, 5 minutes walk on the way to Aqua Dream Water Park. If we knew about the limited parking, we would have chosen a different hotel. Rooms were clean and serviced everyday. Rooms can be noisy until the early hours which was okay for us but not if you have young children. Close to the beach which was good and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Hotel served its purpose well, air conditioned room and good clean wash room. Breakfast was not the best but there is variety of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Wifi connection was good, good pool area, there is a 24 hour mini mart below the hotel with great reasonable prices compared to others and are stocked with all you will need, they are also up for a friendly little chat as well. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels replacing the used ones. Hotel was relatively quiet in the night (no loud or fussy guests), i was on the 5th floor so the surrounding bars did not cause much of a problem either. Gentleman working the night shift is great, helped me with a late night check in. Had a broken shower from the previous guests. I notified him and he had it replaced within the hour. Would recommend for others. Good location, not too far from the main strip (roughly a 5 minute walk), the beach is a 2 minute walk from the backside of the hotel and some good dining options in the evening. The bar below serving steaks or popeyes. Take your pick. Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay.

Well priced hotel

It was our first trip to Marmaris so didn’t really know the area. We paid £45 per night including breakfast staying w nights. The hotel itself was clean and well presented. The check in was great and we got upgraded because of hotels.com gold member, the room was big with a wrap around balcony and we had a sea and pool view. Our only niggles would be that the bed wasn’t very comfy and they could improve the standard of pillows and add tea and coffee facilities to the room. Our room was floor 2 and we struggled with wifi, it was fine on the ground floor - but for us this is a big frustration and did impact our stay. Overall the hotel was great for the price however, a huge watch out if booking - there is extremely loud music from around 9pm-12am every evening from the restaurant below the hotel which impacts sleep if you are early birds! Such a shame because this would stop us staying again. After exploring Marmaris next time we would look to stay nearer the old town because of location - If you like to party until early hours this is a great spot and we would recommend however, it just didn’t work for us.

The Gentleman Mehmet at the front desk was very accommodating, if wa asked for anything he did hia best accommodate us, even agreed to look after our luggage 5 hours before our book on time. Its not a new hotel but for the price its good. Location is great if you dont mind a bit of noise eapcially on the weekend. There are bars below and it can be very nosy until late at night.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Hotel room was nice and clean. There was very noisy restaurants nicerby so it took some time to get a sleep. But the hotel was very peacefully so that was the main thing 🙂 Breakfast was poor for our taste but maybe our taste is bit different than other quests. Our vacation was really nice and we can recommend this hotel.
