işletme tek kelimeyle rezalet..özellikle Gamze isimli arkadaş bizi kapı anahtarı bozuk olduğu için balkondan içeri girmemizi istedi (üstelik başka boş oda olmasına rağmen),verdiğimiz buz kalıbını buzluğa değil de normal buzdolabına koymuş bizim için önemliydi o buz kalıbıyla ilaç taşıyorduk..işletme değişse otelin fiziki şartları genel olarak iyi..ama kâbus gibi bir geceydi.

This is a visually pleasant hotel (our room was very good and the pool area is very pretty); however, it was let down by less than adequate customer service on three fronts - hotel reception, breakfast service and room cleanliness.

Terrible man receptionist/ manager ,

Terrible receptionist/manager. Never smiles and keeps changing WiFi codes. Only for Faiti, who is waiter and simply runs the hotel from morn to night, it would be shut. He is wonderful asset . Pool good, breakfast very good, room very good . Great hotel only for manager who literally does nothing only look at computer. Cleaning room once .

Otel konum olarak biraz dışarı da marmaris merkeze gitmek için mutlaka araç ile gelin dolmuş var ancak özgürlüğü kısıtlar.hava olarak hafif rüzgar var ve çok ferah.çevreden otel sesleri gelmiyor. Temizlik olarak 10-8 çarşaflar her gün değişmedi.yatak konforu güzel.TV kanal kalitesi vasat. Standart odalar küçük ,lüks odalar ideal.mimari olarak iç ferahlaticı.kahvaltı 10/6 kalite ve çeşitlilik arttırılmalı.otopark sorunu yok. Klima ve buzdolabı sesli çalışıyor,uyku konforunu düşürüyor.buzdolabı küf kokuyordu.otel de su deposu yok su kesildiğinde beklemek zorundasiniz.lobi personelleri yardımsever ancak henüz profosyonel değiller.kayıt işlemi hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleşti. Valizleri biz taşıdık. Yardımcı olan bir personel yoktu. Oda tanıtımı yapılmadı. Garsonlar daha profosyonel seçilmeli henüz temel kuralları bilmiyorlar.otel de kaldığımız süre içerisinde kimse memnunmusunuz yada bir isteğiniz var mı diye sormadı. Kiracı gibi gelip gittik. 10 fab days in August

Hotel lived up to all the good reviews I read before travelling. Mostly v. friendly staff - especially the bar/waiters. Some of the comments about some of the rooms being a little tired are valid - however our room was just fine and didn't spoil the experience.

Calm Oasis

This wonderful hotel is situated away from the buzz of Icmeler. The lovely surroundings make it a calm oasis to return to each day. The staff work very hard, especially Fatih who worked tirelessly, much of the time single handed to ensure guests are welcomed, comfortable and looked after. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The owner Mr Adnan, was very hospitable and friendly.

Huzur verici konum ve tatmin edici hizmet

Gittiğimizde otel sezonu yeni açtığından hazırlıklar başlamıştı. Doluluk oranı düşük olduğundan standart oda tutmamıza rağmen bize suit verdiler, kahvaltı da dört dörtlük olmasa da genel anlamda verdiğimiz ücretin karşılığını fazlasıyla aldık diyebilirim. Otelin konumu itibariyle de çok sakin, tam anlamıyla dinlenmelik, kafa dinlemelik bir konumda. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Çok güzel bir butik otel

İçmelerin mükemmel ortamı içerisinde dört dörtlük bir butik otel. Çalışanları gerçek profesyoneller. Hizmetlerini kusursuz, güler yüzlü ve candan olarak yerine getiriyorlar. Bundan sonra İçmelerdeki tek konaklama yerimiz.

A great place to stay.

A really nice place, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Very clean with a daily maid service with new towels every day. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A nice area away from the main hustle and bustle of Icmeler, very quiet. Slept with the door open on the balcony most nights. A bit of a walk to the beach (25mins) but there are frequent buses or you can get a taxi. We would definitely go again.

pleasant stay

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet area in the old village. Pleasant walk down to the beach in about 25 minutes however if you don't like walking the dolmus is very close by. Rooms are lovely though some did have problems with the electrics. Also not all rooms have sit in balconies and we were unfortunate to have one before we were able to swap over the following week. If you like sunbathing the pool area is nice but in some areas very shaded. If the hotel is also full of British there is a shortage of sun beds. Staff especially bar staff are excellent and very hard working. Breakfast is superb but is very Turkish which we enjoy but if your are looking for bacon and eggs you would need to go out elsewhere.
