Arrived at 4.30 am with a 7 year old? Was told they have no rooms and to wait for the manager to arrive after 10am, Even though id booked , paid, got confirmation and emailed the hotel earlier to inform them of arrival time with a reply saying 'dont worry'. The chap behind the counter to be fair did allow the expedia advisor to call his mobile and he did call a taxi for me for my relocation.

Sehr schmutziges und ekliges Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden uns dreckig übergeben, Zimmerservice putzt Zimmer nicht ordentlich, Tiere im Bett und Außenbereich gefunden, habe viele Stiche am Körper. Kaputter Waschbecken, verschimmeltes Badezimmer, heruntergekommene Zimmer usw. nicht empfehlenswert!!!

fiyat güzeldi. o yüzden bu fiyata 5 yıldız otel konforu beklemeyin zaten. akşam yemekte ne var diye düşündürmeyen bir otel. hergün tavuk çıkıyor çünkü :) ama lezzet kötü değil. denize yürüme mesafesinde. çalışan personel güler yüzlü. Fatmagül, irem, Ela ve Ege ye çok teşekkürler

otele girdiğinizden itibaten yırtık pırtık eşyalar gözünüze çarpıyor. temizlik olarak da hiç temiz değil. yemek alanı müşteri sayısına çok yetersiz kaldığı için baya uzun kuyruklar bekleyerek yemek alabiliyorsunuz. herşey dahil gittim alkol kullanmıyorum, gazlı içecek kullanmıyorum ice tea de yoktu yani kısaca verdiğim paranın karşılığını alamadım. otelin sevdiğim yanı ise çocuklar için havuzunda kaydıraklar olması.

Mersoy Hatırası Marmaris

Son dakikaya bıraktığımız bir tatilin cezasını çektik. İnternet üzerinden yer bakarken kredi kartından şak diye çekti, iptal şansımız olmadığı için mecburen gittik. 14 te odaya giriş yaptık ama sadece çarşafla düzgündü. Yerler kıl içindeydi. Personele söylediğimizde hemen temizledi yeniden. Personel eksikliği var. Özveriyle çalışan bir ekip var. Umarım karşılığını almıştır çocuklar. Otel küçük şeylerden kar etme derdinde.Sabah kahvaltısında "BAL TADI VERİLMİŞ ŞURUP PAKETİ" nedir ya! Küçük bir bal çok mu pahalı. Plajda otel için ayrılan bölümde her gün 15 TL şezlong parası nedir yaaa! Koymuşlar oraya Osman diye bir kroo 20 ama siz 15 verin diyor. İğrenç bir durum. Bir de sahilde beyefendi aracılığıyla birşeyler içersek para almıyormuş şezlong tan. Neyse bölge fena değil. Ama çok büyük beklenti içine girmeyin derim gidenlere. Tek güzel yanı otel içi çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Yemekler kaliteli değil ama lezzeti çok kötü değil. Temizlik daha titiz olmalı ve biraz daha ürün yelpazesi geliştirilmeli. Küçük hesaplarla, insanları sömürmek çok ayıp.! Hotel.com müşteri temsilcisini de aradım ve bu kayıtlar mevcuttur. Sağ olsun o arkadaş da ilgilendi en azında. Son ana otel işini bırakmayın derim. O bölgedeki konsept hemen hemen her otelde aynı. Marmaris içmeler tarafı. Saygılar...
