Trotz tollem Ausblick eine schlechte Erinnerung

Wir hatten die Luxury Suite. Die Terrasse war abgesperrt mit Trennvorrichtungen. Für einen Blick auf die Bucht vom Zimmer (Suite wäre wahrlich übertrieben) mussten wir auf die "Nachbar"-Terrasse. Bis auf den Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe haben wir die Reception nie besetzt gesehen. Eine Kontaktaufnahme ging nur über eigenes Telefon oder einen Servicemitarbeiter (für ausländische Gäste ein kostenpflichtiger Anruf). Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht den Standards wie z.B. Telefon, Tee-/Wasserkocher, etc. Unbestritten der Blick auf's Meer ist super. Dass die Reception nie besetzt war und vor allem bei unserem Check-out auch nicht, hat mich dazu bewogen überhaupt etwas zu schreiben. Ich möchte mich nicht im Urlaub wegen Unzulänglichkeiten der Direktion noch weiter mit administrativen Tätigkeiten herumschlagen. Nachdem wir den Schlüssel beim Servicemitarbeiter abgegeben haben hat er uns mit dem Boot zum Parkplatz gefahren. Dort wurden wir aber hingehalten weil die Rechnung vom Abendessen noch beglichen werden soll. Nach einigem hin und her hat man uns die IBAN-Nr. mitgeteilt und aufgefordert die Überweisung zu veranlassen. Das mag bei einheimischen Gästen funktionieren ist aber für Gäste aus dem Ausland weitaus umständlicher. Darf mich nach meiner Rückkehr noch um eine Auslandüberweisung kümmern, da die Hoteldirektion offensichtlich unzulänglich organisiert ist.

Güzel bir otel, muhtemelen bayram zamanı olduğu için daha fazla ödeme yaptık. Yanındaki mia mai, karia bel ya da sabrina's haus'tan bir level daha alt, onu bilerek gitmekte fayda var. Onun dışında ilgi ve alaka çok iyi. bir iki küçük düzeltme ve eklemeler ile daha iyi olacaktır.

Loryma otel başka sahipleri Dursun bey ve Gözde hanım , sonra her öğünde bize ozel isteklerimize göre enfes yemekler yapan Rıdvan usta , gözümüzün içine bakarak koşturan güleryüzlü Servis personeli Ensar bey ve Kaptanımız Muhammet bey bizlerin sorunsuz , müthiş keyifli , mükemmel bir tatil yapmamıza vesile oldular punanın 100/100 Çok teşekkürler Loryma Otel.

Aile odasında kaldık çok güzel manzarası olan bir terası vardı, konforluydu. Yemekler lezzetli ancak biraz pahalıydı. Tek ama çok önemli dezavantaj otele sadece tekne ile gidiliyor ve check in- check out dışındaki transfere para ödüyorsunuz. Benzer konseptli başka otelde de kalmıştım. Düzenli shuttle vardı ve ücretsizdi.

Such a dissappointment

Total nightmare , the worst hotel that I had ever stayed. I cant believe how they call themselves lixury boutique hot!!!The service is beyond poor, the food is really bad. The electricity was not working properly at the rooms. Horrible service, ı suggest the owners to leave the management to professionals if not, they should use the facility as a summer house for themselves not as an hotel.

Stayed 6th - 9th June 2014 Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - beautiful boutique hotel, right on the waterfront. A tranquil piece of paradise by crystal clear, turqoise and deep-blue water. The view from our spacious room, balcony & bathroom was fantastic. There are a number of easy steps but the view is worth it! Breakfast and dinner were so enjoyable on the boardwalk - freshest organic ingredients, beautifully prepared and presented. All the staff were happy, friendly and helpful - a special mention of Tayfun whose exceptional service made our stay memorable. The warm hospitality begins when you are picked up by the Hotel's boat & treated with champagne on the way to the hotel. We were fortunate with the weather -sunny days (just warm enough for a swim) and perfect evenings. The Spa massage was excellent. We would love to go back some day.
