26.07.2019 tarihinde hotels.com internet adresi üzerinden yapmış olduğumuz rezervasyon sonucu Club Sunset Apart Otel'e konaklamak üzere gittik. Ücreti kredi kartından ödedik. 225 tl. Odaya çıktığımızda klimanın ekstra ücretli olduğunu öğrendik. Fakat Hotels.com sayfasında böyle bir ibare olmadığını ve ekstra ücreti kabul etmeyeceğimizi belirttik. Tüketici hakları gereği paramızın iadesini istediğimizde İşletme personeli Naci Bey'e bu konuda birşey yapamayacağını ve nereye istersek oraya şikayet edebileceğimizi kaba bir dille beyan etti. Biz de arkadaşımla otelde konaklamaktan vazgeçtik ve Bursa'ya döndük. Hotels.com müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımızda yapabilecekleri bir şey olmadığını ve ücret iadesi yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Bizde bu açık dolandırıcılık olayını ihbar etmek için Marmaris Polis Karakolu'na gittik. Konuyu anlattığımızda orada ki polis memuru bize bu konuda bişey yapamayacaklarını Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvurmamız gerektiğini söyledi. Yani dolayısıyla konaklamadığımız otelin ücretini ödemiş olduk. Şimdi Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne şikayet edip davanın sonuçlanmasını bekleyeceğiz. hotels.com u ve Clup sunset apart oteli kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Gidin sahilde şezlonda yatın

Hotels.com üzerinden (biraz da son dakikada başka yerlerde yer bulamadığım için ), düşük notu ve olumsuz yorumlarına rağmen, 3 gece için rezerve ettirdiğim ve 3 gece rezerve parası ödeyip, sadece 2 gece kalmaya tahammül edip; 3. gece kalmadan kaçtığım yer !!! (üstelik rahat, kafaya takmayan bir yapım olmasına rağmen)....personel, özverili, güler yüzlü, canla başla çalışıyor, elindeki imkanlarla hizmet etmeye çalışıyor, ama bunlar tesisin pisliği ve eskimişliği ile ilgili gerçeği ve düşünceleri değiştirmiyor. Klasik bir "ucuz etin yahnisi" hali. Sonra Selimiye'de ve ardından Söğüt'de vizyonu, temizliği, tesisi ile başka yerlere geçtik de tatilin hakkını verdik.

i would like to know when expedia last inspected this property? it was extremely outdated circa 1970's refurbishment and was absolutely filthy, soiled mattresses (no protectors) ripped and dirty bed linen, unclean fridge and hob and mould on walls, cobwebs hanging from ceilings and walls. I refused to stay but was charged 50 euros before the owner would handover our passports. my family, including 2 young children were traumatised and distressed after having to seek alternative accommodation. please do not use this property. it is well known by other local apartments for its very poor standards. in fact, our family pet stayed in cleaner and better serviced kennels that the accommodation offered at this property. expedia you should be ashamed of yourselves for using this property and can't believe that you haven't received many many similar complaints. I will making a claim for the highway robbery of 50 euros from expedia as we speak. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!!

Dikkat çok pis!

Apartta rahat ederiz diye ayarlamıştık fakat ortam çok pis odalara girişte ağır bir koku sizi karşılıyor, yastık kılıflarının içine sakın bakmayın uyuyamazsınız, banyo duşunun altından kurtçuklar çıkmıştı artık siz düşünün, klima ektra ücretli bu da ayrı bir handikap temizlik sorunu çözülse iyi bir otel olabilir çünkü çalışanların ilgi ve alakası güzeldi kahvaltısı da gayet iyiydi.

It was different pictures of buildings in the website than they give us different rooms. It was so dirty and no air condition on bedroom so we didn't feel comfortable at all . We cancel second night straight away

Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde. Hotel sahibi ya da çalışan her kimse bana mesaj yazmış olumsuz görüş belirttiğim için. Mars'tan geldiğimi falan söylüyor. Sorunları resepsiyona bildirmeliymişim! Hangi birini? Sizin yaptığınız işi ben de yaptım tam 8 yıl. İsterseniz referans ve isim verebilirim...1-Odalar çok gürültülü. Havuzun motoru, klima motorları adamın beynini patlatıyor. 2-Beş gün kaldık. 1 gün bile odaya temizliğe girilmedi. Resepsiyona bildirseydiniz demeyin çünkü bu işin standardı odalara her gün girilir. Sadece konaklayan istemezse girilmez. 3- Otel apart otel. Yani ortalama gerekli mutfak ve diğer malzemeler temin edilir. Elektrikli ocak doğru düzgün çalışmıyor. Paslanmış ve düğmeleri elinde kalıyor. 4-El ve banyo havluları temizlik bezi gibi. Verilen paraya yazık. Aynı paraya doğru düzgün havlu alabilirsiniz. 5-Odada mesela elektrikli ocak ve duş şofbenini beraber kullanamıyorsunuz. Sigorta atıyor. 6- Resepsiyonu arayamıyorsunuz çünkü odada telefon yok. Cepten doğrudan oteli aramak zorundasınız. 7-Banyo paspası ya da ayak havlusu her neyse otele yerleştiğimiz gün ıslak, eski ve leş gibi kokuyordu. Katlayıp kenara bıraktık. Daha yazacak çok şey var da bu kadar yardım yeter. Belki standartlarını düzeltirler. Biraz da kendileri düşünsün ne eksiğimiz var diye. Bizim millet kolay para kazanma derdinde. Hizmet yok ama para gelsin....
