Beautiful place and amazing staff!!

I stayed in club Amaris for a week with my family and since the first time we arrived we were welcome with a smile in the face!The 2 lovely pretty girls in reception super helpfull all the time and the Bar staff...AMAZING!They make you feel as part of a big Family from the beginning!Loved those late nights drinking at the bar with this guys and a few people from others apartments!Will definately come back ASAP!!Colombian friend :D

Amazing!

I am very happy with Club Amaris Apart - the service was very good, cleaners were amazing and the room was as described with a fridge / stove and accessories. It was a good price, and in the perfect location - not too much noise, as opposed to if we were staying in a hotel on the beech front it's very noisy / club location. This hotel was 7 minute walk from the beech and was in a more quiet area, right near the shops and restaurants. The WiFi was interesting as it only worked on the balcony/ reception area and not in the room, however, this was good because we enjoyed the less internet/ phone holiday. The pool is very cold but once you're in, then it's fine. Overall I would recommend this hotel

This was one of the most horrific places I’ve ever been to! Needles to say I left within minutes! The bathroom was so dated, dirty and dark. You could mould everywhere around shower area! The table in the so called living space was a garden plastic table as were the chairs! All old and broken around edges. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sit on and really small. The balcony area if you want to call it that was awful. You literally step out from The patio doors and you can stand in that confined area which is meant to be a balcony! We had to pay for air con in the room which was basically only one unit in the bedroom! The bedroom was a decent size but both single beds were placed directly under alcoves so you you’d get a lovely bump every time you get in and out of bed! This was absolutely awful, the lifts are so tiny and very restrictive! When we arrived we simply walked through a courtyard with other guests all by the pool! No security gates or anything! This was alarming as anyone can just walk on over to you! Expedia, needs to take this down! Awful hotel and is a generous 1 star! Avoid at all costs!

Большой и светлый номер, приятный персонал, и самая дешёвая цена из всех отелей, что мы были в Турции! Очень хорошее расположение сделали бы этот отель идеальным, если бы не одно но: бешеные пьяные англичане ржали,пили, орали, падали в бассейн, с раннего утра до часу ночи! Ничего не поможет и не спасёт, забудьте про сон! вы будете ощущать себя все пребывание в центре шабаша ведьм!

Tavsiye etmiyoruz

klima kumandamız biz istemeden verilmedi. Temizlik için görevliler her gün geldi ama yüzeysel temizlikten öte değildi. Çocuk oyun parkı çok kötüydü. Fotoğraflarda anlatıldığı gibi değildi. Tahtadan çıkmış çiviler vardı içerisinde. Söylediğimiz halde 2 gün sonra çivileri çıkardılar oyun parkından. Çitler de kırıktı. Çocuğa zarar verebilecek herşey içinde vardı. Temizlik için gelindiğinde kurutma makinemizi yerinde bulamadık. Sıcak su geç saate kalmıyordu. Çocuğumu hep soğuk suyla yıkadım. Duşakabin yerine duş perdesi vardı. O da yetersiz olduğundan her duşta banyo su içinde kalıyordu.

Otel genel olarak yabancı misafirlere hizmet verdiği için türklerle pek ilgilenmiyorlar diye düşündük,çarşaflar ve havlular çok eski, otel genel olarak eski olduğu için büyük beklentiyle gitmemek gerekiyor ,tek güzel yönü havuzu temizdi...tekrar tercih etmeyiz...

Rowdy groups,noise and trouble .Not recommended for families very poor accommodation and had to contact reception twice on 2 separate groups of lads in adjoining room ,causing noise bad language and aggression all night. Hotel pushing food and drinks on us .

Basic but clean and well maintained. Extremely helpful in light of our early arrival due to flight changes by Thomas Cook. They found us a room for the extra night at no extra cost.

Fiyat- Fayda orantısı gayet yukarıda. Temiz bir oda , güleryüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanlar. Otelin lokasyonu bizim için oldukça iyiydi. Tek klima Yatak odasında, çocukların yattığı bölümde klima olmaması eksiklik olarak değerlendirilebilir. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık, beklentisi güvenli, temiz ve standartlar dahilinde uygun fiyatlı bir oda olan misafirler için tavsiye ederim.

1.die Ankunft war eine wahre Enttäuschung. Was wir auf Bildern gesehen aber gebucht hatten, waren zwei verschiedene Dinge. 2. Zur Registrierung nahm man unsere Pässe ab und hinterlegte es in dem offenen Schlüsselregal direkt an der Wand hinter dem Tresen. Wie wir schnell bemerkten ging sehr oft der Mitarbeiter von seinem Platz weg, so dass jeder die Pässe mitnehmen könnte. Nach Beschwerde bekam ich sie wieder. 3. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und hat Geschirr. Der Boden ist aus Fliesen. Mit nassen Füssen sind wir mehrmals ausgerutscht und hingefallen. Drei mal die Woche werden Handtücher gewechselt. Die Klimaanlage ist zwar im Zimmer aber kostet pro Woche 35 Euro! Also teurer als ausgeschildert! Ein TV ist auch nicht vorhanden. Die Fenster sind undicht. Direkt im Nebengebäude wird bis zum morgen gefeiert. Im Zimmer ist kein WLAN! Nur an der Bar oder Pool. 4.Das Apartment ist ein Stück von der Stadt und vom Strand weg. 5. Mit dem Kinderwagen war es eine Herausforderung die Rampe am Eingang des Hotels zunutzen. Zu steil. Behindertengerecht kann man es auch nicht einstufen.

Geçirdiğimiz en berbat konaklama idi

Girişte daha kimliklerimizi aldılar ve beş dakikalık dediler biz istemesek 3 günü hala vermediler. Gece hotelin ortasındaki bar restoran bölümünde 2.30- 3 e kadar gürültülü yapıyorlar uyuyamıyorsunuz yataklar ise bi fiyasko. Hala boynum ağrıyor temizliktiler ise sadece günlük çöpü boşaltıyor o kadar. Hiçbir profesyonellik Yok sadece biraları buzlu bardakta veriyorlar o kadar. Birdaha o hotelin sokağından geçmem. Geçirdiğimiz en berbat konaklama idi

Nice hotel with everything within a 10 minute walk

Really enjoyed our stay in Club Amaris. We were given a room right by the swimming pool which made it convenient as we have two children. The staff especially Ibo (Ibrahim) really looked after us and was very helpful in recommending activities for families. There is a Taxi stand 2 mins away and many supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The Blue Port shopping centre and the Beach is only a 10 minute walk. Finally the rooms were nice and clean, only thing missing was a TV which we didn’t really need. The cleaners were in every day and respected our privacy when we were in. Overall happy with the service and the hotel location.
