Love this hotel

Love this hotel - we stay here whenever we're in Marmaris. Clean, modern, well located and a great price. The owners are lovely and the food is amazing

At first we had a little problem with the room that was given to us but after getting another room are stay was pleasant. The hotelmanager and staff are really kind and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much to ask for. There was always somebody to help us with anything.

Great location but very dirty

Even though this is in a great location and nearly by the attractions the apartment was very dirty and a lot of the items were broken including the blow dryer. Breakfast was not served unless you came 15 mins before the serving time and refused in a very rude manor even through this was not informed during check in. We were there for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. The furniture and bedding was also very dirty. Will not be staying there again.

Left in the dark

The hotel is new and clean. Furniture is modern. Just don't rxpect tge management to do anything useful if the electriv in your room goes off during the night, we wrre left with no lights or AC .... there is no phone to call reception. They didn't even offer uz to move room.

Otel berbat heryer kırık dökük duş kırık klima çalışmıuor sifon bozuk yüksek ses heryerde söyledij evet sifon bozuk öyle diye cevap verdiler. İgisiz personel sanki kapatacaklarmış gibi. Bir sıcak su istedikmo bile yoktu. Uzun yoldan Sabah erken otel de olduk rica ettik haIr boş oda varsa alır mısınız diye saat 2 de dediler . Yüzümüze bakmadı görevli. Saat 12 tekrar aradım müsaitlik var mı? Başka bir görevli dünden satılmayan boş adamız var buyrun alalım sizi dedi.resepriyondaki görevli bizi yüzümüze bile bakmadan göndermişti. Giysi dolabında askı bile yoktu istedik ona bile yok dediler. Tek iyi tarafı merkezi lokasyon .

Otele giriş işlemleri çok hızlı gerçekleşti, personel nazik ve ilgiliydi. Genel olarak her şey düzenliydi: oda temizdi, mobilyalar ve ekipman çalışır durumdaydı. Olumsuz olarak; saç kurutma makinesi iyi çalışmıyordu, duş kapısı tam açılmıyordu ve tuvalette ışık yanmıyordu. Ancak bu küçük eksiklikler genel izlenimi bozmadı. 2 gece konaklama sağladık çatı katında odamız vardı. temizlik çok iyiydi. akşam üşüyünce yorgan istedik hemen isteğimizi yerine getirdiler ve yorgan bile çok güzel tertemiz kokuyordu. çatı katında banyo biraz kötüydü fakat çalışanların güler yüzleri bunu görmemezlikten gelmemizi sağladı. bir sonraki tatilimde de tercih edebileceğim bir yer.
