where do i begin .staff were so helpful friendly and on top of everything .hotel was very clean .breakfast was amazing and different menu everyday ,fresh fruits and fresh made baked goods ...i had dinner at the restaurant the food was very well and the price was very affordable.it was close to so many shops and restaurants .very walkable .upon checking out the electricity was out. They brought my 2 heavy laugages downstairs and even to taxi cab for me .so far one of the best hotels i have been in Türkiye.10 out of 10

I stayed in this hotel after October 15th…hotel was quite because most people were left…but still hotel staffs they were providing professional service to new coming quests…I would recommend,I would stay again.

Hotel itself was much nicer than expected upon arrival, the room itself had very comfy beds and very spacious for the 3 of us - though balcony was very small. Hotel had a great private-ish beach with drinks and food service available. Only a 25/30 minute walk to the marina along the beachfront - so long as you survive all the men outside the bars trying to force you into bars. Quite a touristy area but music is lowered at midnight so not an issue noise wise at night.

This hotel is located on the beach front of Marmaris Town, which makes it easy to access bars and restaurants. Pros: - Beach front - Affordable - Access to bars, restaurants and shops Cons: - Very noisy, with a bar blasting out loud music until 1 am - Poor breakfast - Some staff members were not very professional - Pool is very disappointing - The beach was dirty, no proper sand and the sea was awful - The surrounding area is very tacky - There is an awful sewage smell that comes from outside into the pipes into the bathroom I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We specifically booked a room with a full sea view. However, upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the first floor which not only had a partial view but was also located directly above the noisy restaurant and bar. The noise from the establishment was persistent and disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. Air conditioning unit in the room was in a state of disrepair. It began leaking profusely, causing the entire room to become wet and uncomfortable. Despite reporting this issue to the front desk promptly and multiple times, the problem was never addressed or fixed during the duration of our stay. Eventually the AC stopped working at all. As a result, we endured an uncomfortably hot and humid environment, which made it extremely challenging to rest and sleep peacefully.

was very impressed by this hotel. The decor ambience location and cleanliness was very good. Hotel is right on the beach front. Staff are lovely and friendly. Was not impressed with the breakfast but everything else was satisfactory. Umut is a lovely guy and very helpful. Would definately recommend and revisit

During my one night stay, housekeeping missed the mark because I received a room with not so clean bathroom and trash still in the room bin. Other than those details, the place seemed nice. The breakfast was great.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at , rooms, staff all perfect, the hotel restaurant is one of the best in marmaris and the beach area at the front is so relaxing and the guy who looks after you , is one of the friendliest people you will meet , be back next year for sure

Very good location: right in front of the beach. Hotel itself is a bit worn-out, I guess it's because of it's was always full before the pandemic. But rooms are very clean. I first got a room facing the beach side, and it was very noisy because of the music from the bars and restaurants. Also, the room was actually for 2 people with 2 proper beds. As there was 3 of us, they added one folding bed for the 3rd person, but didn't tell us anything and charged us full price. The next day they offered us another room, less noisy (not the beach side) with 3 proper beds. But it was also noisy because of the room ventilation or air conditioner (not sure what it was). Breakfast was edible, there weren't many options, but it was okay. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is beyond amazing. Right by the water in the middle of the city... They provide breakfast it was very good as well. The only thing that it turned me off big time was the carpet wasn't clean at all as you walk between the rooms. That was very unprofessional from the management team ! It was very very noticeable

Nice hotel. Plenty of sanitise stations and supplied face masks for breakfast. Good selection of buffet which is dished out to you. Beach is great and pool good too. No service at the pool but good at the beach.

So bad we checked out and went to another hotel
We booked a night here as we had planned to eat in the restaurant - Firuze. The room was smallish but had a great view over the bay. We duly had dinner ( in truth an average event) and retired about 10.30pm. The restaurant had been noisy and was playing loud music: sloudly that it was impossible to sleep. We therefore checked out and went to the Motto hotel nearby. I would recommend that is you want to go to sleep before midnight do not book this place!

Nice and clean hotel, they gave us a full sea view room which was beautiful. However it was very hard communicating with the staff, and also they did not have an iron available, as they only need had one iron in the whole hotel.

It's all about the view, amazing hotel
Just returned from an 8 night stay, paid £620 high season with Hotels.com (price matched so I got cash back). Managed to get an upgraded sea front room which save me £500 absolute bargain. The front facing sea view rooms as amazing, no words can describe the view. Especially in the morning as the sun is rising. It's a lovely boutique hotel, the staff are all generally friendly. The Pipasa restaurant team are all a great bunch of guys and 20% off for hotel guests makes the food cheaper than anywhere around. Private beach and no lack of sunbeds ever. I would love to go again, but not in August and it was mega hot. Told them it was out honeymoon and they made the bed all special :-) See photos.... Loved Aurasia Beach Hotel...

I requested service staff to get someone to fix my balcony door which didn't lock, they laughed and said there was no point as "all balcony doors are broken". So if you value your security and safety of your belongings I'd suggest you ask the manager if that is really the case before booking. Also my special request was confirmed but not honoured, manager confirmed that she wrote the email a month before, not good. The Aurasia hotel is basic, the breakfast standard is under par, the AC was old and struggled to work, the curtains are old. I changed hotel, even without a refund, after spending one night. Instead I'd recommend you book the JDW design almost next door, you wont regret it. Mamaris is a nice town, area, would definitely go back.

a stay in hell!!!
room was unbelievably small, on the first floor and was very close to another building. in the morning, the room is very noisy due to its proximity to another building and to the breakfast hall which made sleeping impossible past 7: Am. The toilet was malfunctioning and it was fixed after I complained. in short room, location and cleanliness did not deserve the amount of money paid for it!! at night I went with my girlfriend to sit by the seashore within hotel premises, suddenly a staff member shows from nowhere and threw our belongings (2 wine glasses and ships) in the garbage and told us that he was sent by the manager to do so. after we left the location I saw him going to the same spot with a girl, (seems he asked us to leave to have the location all to himself!!!!). next day I went to the reception and complained about the incident and they replied that the person I described is an ex-employee and he no longer works there!! (how did he end up within hotel premises if he was no longer working there??). a friendly advice to all .. don't go there!!
