"Everything was excellent except we had no hot water to take a shower. When I mentioned it at checkout the gentleman said "Oh yes, they are working on fixing it". Large assortment for breakfast and comfortable bed. I booked a seaview room but only had the view of a building but that's ok since it was just one night. Friendly staff at the front desk"

"An Absolute Italian Paradise! Our stay at Jo’s beautiful property in Isca Beach was absolutely amazing! The property was even more beautiful in person than we expected—it truly felt like an Italian paradise!The location was perfect, less than 20 minutes from Soverato and close to plenty of restaurants and shops, while still being in a peaceful, quiet area away from busy streets. The beach was just up the road, so we enjoyed some days at the beach and others relaxing by the beautiful pool. It was the perfect balance!The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our large family. We were a group of 11 and everyone slept comfortably. The large pool, many lounge chairs, and gorgeous gazebo with a big table and chairs were perfect for spending time together, enjoying meals, and making memories.Jo and Samantha were wonderful hosts! They were so kind and welcoming, their communication was excellent, and whenever we needed anything, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.Our entire family absolutely loved our stay. There was something so special about the peace, simplicity, and beauty of this property. We made unforgettable memories and truly didn’t want to leave!We can’t wait to come back! "We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasn’t one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, the number of pe"
