Perfect Location on the Water's Edge

Our beautiful home right on the water's edge of the Snowy River Estuary is the perfect location for those wanting to walk to nearby attractions or just sit on the balcony and watch the many water birds and wildlife that abounds the jetty precinct.
The open plan living area encompassing the lounge, dining and kitchen or the outdoor balcony with BBQ (Weber Family BBQ) and outdoor furniture all have fantastic views of the water.
All reservations are supplied with bread, eggs and milk and surprise welcome goodies.
If you don't feel like cooking the local Marlo Hotel, is only a short five minute walk away.

Fantastic location great property

We had a lovely stay at Mad on Marlo. Location is exceptional. Property is neat and tidy and has everything you need. Hosts make settling in easy. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Good beach house in excellent location

Comfortable and dog friendly holiday house in an excellent location.Uninterrupted view of the water which is right across the road, road is a dead-end so quite quiet. Garden is fully fenced, good sized so good for the woofer. House is simple and comfortable, has good wifi.Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful short stay at this property in Marlo. It is in the perfect location with great views. Cathie is a wonderful host and left us all sorts of wonderful things for us to enjoy. The property itself is simple but very homely / cosy with a good set up.

Amazing stay

The property is in an amazing location has every facility you could need on a stay away. Biscuits on the table and milk in the fridge and a big stack of fire wood one of the best places I’ve stayed at can’t wait to go back. Caught plenty of fish too right out the front door!

Cosy house in a great location

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very comfortable, warm and very well equipped and was a perfect base for us to explore the local area. The view is fantastic and we will look forward to visiting again when the weather is warmer.

Interesting birds

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and we were able to prepare our Christmas dinner roast in the well appointed kitchen. The weather was mild and we were able to do lots of walks and do some interesting bird watching.

Weekend visit to spend time with daughter

Fantastic house with all amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Stocked with eggs bread milk and some other treats which were entirely unexpected but super welcomed. Really I couldn’t have asked for more and I will definitely look here upon my return.

House and surrounds well maintained and inside house was well appointed with many thoughtful extras in kitchen. Heating was effective as it was chilly when we stayed. We will come again as proximity to pub and Cape Conran were bonuses.

Perfectly peaceful.

Beautifully located overlooking the tranquil estuary at Marlo. The house was very comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with essentials and treats. Walking distance to the pub and only steps away from the beachfront. The balcony was ideal to watch the sunset. Easy check in and out, the house was clean and we appreciated being able to holiday with our pet - who also loved the beach!

Relaxing and Restful

Absolutely loved this property, such gorgeous view of the water and birdlike from the deck. Quick walk for dinner at the Marlo Pub, serving great meals. Lovely walks Very thoughtful host , the special treats on arrival were a wonderful surprise. This place was perfect for my girlfriends and I to reconnect and catch up on R and R Thankyou would love to return someday

Perfect for our short getaway

A beautiful location and a great holiday house - had everything you needed, love it, there was nothing not to like including the noisy and very cute seal only metres from the house.
