Excellent holiday house next to the beach
The house is so clean and pretty which has everything we need. Everything is so well organized and comfy that we already are planning the next one.

From booking the property to our team checking in, nothing could be faulted. They were rapt with the accomodation and the view at the end of the work day 😊 Highly recommended. We will certainly return but for pleasure next time!

Beautiful holiday Home
My family and friends all agree that this property provides a very good holiday home for our trip to Marlo and neighbouring areas. It provides everything we need for a home. The neighbours gave us good advice on fishing.

Peace and tranquillity in abundance
Very peaceful location if you are in need of feeding your soul. The weather was shocking but plenty of games to play with the entire family(Provided). Quality time with family was/is the key to our vacations.

This was the perfect property for friends from Sydney and Melbourne to meet and spend time together. Great kitchen for cooking and meal prep. Lots of space. Lovely view and garden. Local drives to amazing natural places, parks, beaches, walks, lakes. Beautiful.

Absolutely loved the place. The views of the ocean from both up and down stairs, the balconies. Hearing the waves crashing so lovely. Very well equipped kitchen. Great living areas. Enough room for all guests. Shame about the rain otherwise would have utilised the deck more. A non slip mat in the shower would have been helpful.

Good location
Marlo was lovely and quiet, not too busy. Property had good views from both upper and lower decks. Little bit far from other towns to visit but if you want the out of the way holiday then this is the place to go.

Relaxation plus
We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay here. A mid-winter beachside getaway for the soul. I love the beach, any time of the year, and thanks to our stay here I could share that with friends, family and even the fur-babies! The view eclipsed anything shown on a screen and at night we could all snuggle up together on the large lounge and enjoy the warmth of the electric fire. Well thought out layout gives everyone space and ample communal areas provide for easy gatherings. Marlo itself is a great base to explore the area with a range of options for water access in close proximity, great meals and hospitality at the local pub, again with stunning views. Everything you could hope to need on holiday is provided at the house and it really is a pleasure to stay here. Very hard to leave, but we will be back for certain!

We had a wedding of our son in Marlo and we stayed with our friends and family at this property. The house is specious and well positioned, with beautiful view from the terrace. Two carport places were very convenient and two living spaces, one down and one large upstairs were excellent to give adults and kids separate space for relaxing and fun. Well supplied kitchen gave us all what we needed for this important event and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us comfortable space to place big group of people. With books, cards and games that we found in the house we had a lot of fun and joy during our stay. All our friends enjoyed it very much. We highly recommend this property for larger groups. I don't think we could find better solution in Marlo. Thank you. Zoli & Nina

We really enjoyed ourselves. It is a lovely house. Only one suggestion: put 10 pairs of chopsticks in the drawing, we had to use our fingers at times. (haha).

A well presented property
The property was well presented and appointed - even a kennel for the dog in the car port which was a nice touch. Apart from a few light globes missing in some of the lamps, and it not being very clear from the website description that towels are not being provided (but linen and hand towels are) the place was lovely. We notified the property manager that we did not have towels and they could not have been more helpful in providing some to us within the hour which was great. For the price we think their wi-fi should be available to guest for the stay however and would definitely stay again.

The house was fantastic - each guest had their own living quarters and felt they have privacy, whilst also being able to enjoy time together in the communal areas. Great view also!

The photos in the advertisement can't offer real description of the property, very spacious, clean, quality fittings inside out, everything needed to live in the house and not only for short stay is available. nice views, easy access, very calm and quiet location.

PERfect!
Ive stayed in many holiday houses, the house would have to be the best one in Marlo. The views of the beach are stunning, house is roomy each room has its own bathroom everything you need for a holiday house. Not far from town definitely will stay here again.
