Large ground floor apartment with winter garden

Welcome to the page of our apartment. This was lovingly completely renovated in 2017. The apartment offers a lot of space (approx. 90sqm) as well as high-quality and tasteful furnishings. A special highlight is the winter garden adjacent to the kitchen and the immediate vicinity of the bike path towards Marktoberdorf and Füssen. In winter, a cross-country ski run is within walking distance.

The 3-room apartment offers you overnight accommodation for a total of three adults and two children. Parking is available directly at the house.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One is furnished with a large double bed (with the possibility of an extra bed and a fold-out sofa bed), another room with a bunk bed. In every bedroom you will find a LAN internet connection and a wardrobe.

The barrier-free bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, two sinks and a barrier-free shower. In the separate toilet there is a washing machine (use for a small fee), as well as an iron and an ironing board. A clothes horse is also available.

In the kitchen you will find a new dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, egg cooker, new microwave, coffee machine, toaster. Salt, pepper, sugar as well as coffee filters and washing-up liquid are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

In the adjoining living room there is a large new LED TV with satellite connection, as well as a radio with CD compartment.
