"We had a very pleasant stay as I had a course in the same hotel, so took my elderly mother. Above all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable enough. It was quiet too which was a bonus. I would definitely stay again if I had a course there again 🙏😊 Thank you."

I feel ill on the night I was staying and the hotel was caring and supportive throughout, checking on on me, supplying me with bottled water and taking care of my needs and looking after the ambulance crew after they had seen me. "We had a mostly pleasant stay at this suburban Marriott location. Parking was plentiful and secure compared with hotels closer to Leicester’s city center. The room was a good size and quiet even on a busy weekend. We also made use of the well-equipped gym, which was the main amenity at the hotel. Our only complaint was the lack of flexibility around breakfast. We were told we could not cancel it because we had booked a prepaid rate. This felt unnecessarily rigid and put a slight damper on an otherwise positive stay. Since we had already paid, we did try the breakfast despite having very little time. It was well presented with a good variety of options for different preferences and dietary requirements. Overall, this was the best-equipped and most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our UK travels. Despite the minor frustration with breakfast, we would happily stay here again and would recommend it, particularly for travelers with a car."
