The staff were fabulous! Kind, attentive, and just wonderful overall. The ocean views are gorgeous. Food was great with lots of variety as were the drinks. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The spa was lovely! So was the cafe. Definitely recommend. The one downside was that we were the last room before the new construction and awake to drilling, hammering or some other noise at 8AM each morning. And some attachment to the new build flapped in the wind and hit the building, making loud noises all night. We were in paradise so, we sucked it up but that was unfortunate and made our trip less restful than it should have been.

This place was absolutely magical! From the incredible room amenities to the delicious food, everything about our stay was five-star. The pools were breathtaking, the views were spectacular, and the entire property felt first class. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The resort was everything we expected. Wonderful staff, gorgeous views, clean and comfortable rooms, plus two excellent restaurants.

Our first room had a very musty smell, so bad we woke up ver stuffy and not feeling well. They moved us to another room. That room was better. the food at the resort was good. There wasn't enough activity for an all inclusive. There wasn't enough chairs at either pool. And never enough towels. Our flight home got cancelled and we asked if they could accommodate us longer and we never received an answer. The resort also needs some repairs on the walkways, many bricks were loose.
