This convenient location sits ~1 block south of Indiana Wesleyan University, & multiple shopping/dining options. Pet fee is $125 per reservation. 1 pet limit.

Welcome to the Posh Pad in Marion, IN! Parking is located in front of the house in the gravel. Entry is through the front door by the lock box. The code for the lock box is given in the access email. Feel free to keep the keys on you during your stay & place them back in the box upon check out. Enjoy your stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were dropping our son off at IWU and the location couldn’t be any more convenient to the school (walking distance), stores and restaurants. Property was very clean and well appointed. Will definitely use again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend while in town for a family wedding. Close to lots of restaurants, too. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely look to stay here again!

The Posh Pad was an ideal place for my family and me during our stay in Marion. The check-in process was hassle-free, and the well-equipped kitchen made it convenient for us to prepare meals. The location was also perfect for our needs, and I highly recommend staying there again.

Great stay

This property was centrally located to all of the places we needed to be including Taylor University, about 20 min away. We were able to check in very easily and have the amenities of home at our fingertips. We would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to others.

Water pressure was a little low, but IWU’s pressure is too. I am sure it’s the area. It was priced right and right by the campus our daughter goes to. Worked well for us. Will stay again.
