The room was clean and neat. It had the most comfortable bed! Only one problem, the curtain left a gap on one side. Anyone could look straight in and see the whole room because of a strategically placed wall mirror. That issue was easily corrected by tucking the curtain in the door before closing it. I didn't see any evidence of bug activity. I would stay there again.

The rooms was very nice and clean. Beautiful autumn colors and views. The only down fal was the Continental breakfast there was nothing just coffee and yogurt. That was disappointing.

I arrived late at night. I simply picked up a phone by the door, and a nice gentleman came to check me in. I received my door key, and went to the room. This is the first hotel I have ever felt fine enough to walk around without socks on. The entire room was very clean. The area was quiet until morning around 7AM, but until then, silent. The heat worked great, the pillows were nice and comfortable, the bed was comfortable; I have no complaints regarding my stay at this hotel. I most definitely will be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much to the owners, for being so kind, friendly, and caring about the rooms the way you do.

Right place at the right time.

We were in town for a funeral on Saturday and arrived late Friday night. This is an older facility but kept neat and clean. The area was very quiet until quests started to leave early in the morning.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I was traveling within NC, and I needed a place to stay on Friday night. Marion area motels were cheaper than those in the Asheville area. I have stayed in Marion before and I liked it. Desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Everything (TV, bed, shower, etc.) worked fine. I would stay there again.

One of the beds made a big noise like there was something broke underneath and the heater sounded like a lawn mower idling when it came on. Otherwise the room was very nice and it smelled clean.

Older building that some renovations have been completed but it still easily shows its age. The mattress was good and so was the hot water. The room appeared to be clean. The rate was cheaper than others in the area so the adage that you get what you pay for apples. Road noise was a little higher than desired. It was ok for a 1 night stay.
