We just stayed one night. But it was perfect. Right by campus. The host was easy to communicate with and the property was clean and comfortable. Note, read the driving and parking instructions. This unit is what I would call a mother-in-law suite attached to the backside of the owners house. We arrived after dark and I had not read those instructions so we were creeping around the house looking for a lockbox lol. The host came out and graciously directed us where to go. Go to the gravel driveway behind the home. When our daughter wants us to come to campus for things this will be my first choice.

Spotless, tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, easy walk in shower, helpful notes of instruction, ice cubes, tea kettle, 2 coffee makers, kitchen supplies, snacks, extra blankets and towels. All was much appreciated. And the HVAC was working well. The temperature was quite comfortable.

Sweet Suites was amazing! It was like home away from home. The host Linda was very quick to respond. Enjoyed the snacks that were left for us, and the notes that explained everything. Parking was in driveway off street. Kitchen was fully equipped. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Weekend visit

We had a nice stay over the weekend. The hosts had a nice assortment of helpful breakfast, coffee and tea options that were so thoughtful. Would stay here again.

Home away from Home

This place is a blessing. Thankful every time it is available and I can stay here while visiting my daughter at IWU. Location is excellent, the hosts are gracious and very thoughtful.

Sweet Suite Home

Comfortable and clean as always. Greatly appreciate the coffee and breakfast goodies. It's our go to spot for every stay if possible. My daughter and I settle in and enjoy being home in our home away from home. Many thanks!!

Smaller, but clean, well-kept, & conveniently located

Great place to stay when attending events at IWU campus! I stayed a couple of nights here when I needed to be in Marion for graduation-related faculty & staff events. It's ideal for that. Very conveniently located close to campus, but right off one of the main drives to get to anywhere else in town, too.It may not look like much from the exterior pics (and admittedly it's a smaller unit), but it's well equipped, warm & homey, clean, and well cared for. And the bed was incredibly comfortable.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The suite was perfect. Very clean. Very quiet and cozy. Comfortable bed. It was nice to have a home to stay in instead of a small hotel room. The host has supplied the kitchen with everything you could possibly need including an Instant Pot! Highly recommend!
