"Gorgeous historical property, which makes up for the Alamo Plaza pits and falls directly outside in every direction, due to construction. My room was lovely and not haunted during the stay. Once outside the building the ghosts have been replaced by unhoused humans and hawkers of riverboat rides. Brace yourself to be haunted by the unending phrases all trying to decant your wallet of your carefully procured small bills for tips to all your servers and valet drivers."

"It was a nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfat was great. Loved the cold water pitchers out all day, even 1 cooler of flavor infused. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked that our room was serviced every other day rather than not at all during the visit."

"The days that we stayed was worth the long bus ride. The hotel staff was very welcoming. We got a chance to explore the area a little. So many things to do, very much loved the scenery and the food was amazing. During our stay we ventured to the convention center for a local convention it was awesome and so much fun. I'd highly recommend this hotel for leisure, business, family fun, etc. 100/10."
