Great property location! Right on the beach! Easy walk to stores, restaurants and market. They are having issues with their AC. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue since the weather is lovely, but being on the second floor there was a wrap around terrace that anyone could ask so i did not feel comfortable leaving the window open as a solo female traveler

This hotel is a great choice if you are visiting or planning to visit Fatima and Nazare. Only 25 minutes to Nazare and 45 minutes to Fatima. The hotel is clean, staff was super nice. Our room was spacious, facing the ocean which was a few steps from our door, breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff are very lovely and accommodating. But the hotel is outdated old fashion. The sunroof top terrace was not open even though advertised.. the jacuzzi was broken and to book a massage took 4days.. the services that were offered were not available as advertised. Or intermittent service. No staff on the bar had to ask and wait for drinks for more than 10-30 minutes. I feel for the rating and what was offered I’ve been done a disservice and would like to have my money refunded due to false advertising and lack of services..

Old and Boring. This place is from the medieval times, it is one of the most boring places you can stay at. - The wifi is horrendous. - The gym does not have any meaningful equipment apart from a 1980s machines. - The AC in the rooms does not work. - The staff is not helpful at all. - The restaurant is boring, food takes 1hr to arrive, only a few different things to eat. - The sauna is probably a relic because nobody is using it.

L'hôtel fait face à l'océan. La salle à manger offre une superbe vue sur l'océan. Les repas sont bons et le staff est sympa. Il y a un SPA gratuit avec jacuzzi, sauna, hammam et une soirée de sports La chambre est très très moyen: le lit est petit pour 2 personnes, la salle de bain manque de commode ou étagère pour pouvoir poser la trousse de toilette, dans la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de d'aspiration ... étonnant pour un 4*. La chambre est définitivement un point négatif dans cet hôtel.
