Cozy two bedroom cottage on the bay with beautiful sunrise views. Cottage is conveniently located between Breakwater Park and North Shore Park. Located 35 miles north of Green Bay and 20 miles south of Marinette.

The cottage includes 2 beds/1 bath, open concept living/dining room area with full size dining table, seats six. Fully equipped kitchen. Jetted tub and shower. Queen or Full beds in both bedrooms. Sofa sleeper with full size bed; Washer/Dryer in utility area. Air conditioning & heat. internet access; towels and linens provided.

Large yard with fire pit and gas grill. With lots of public hunting land surrounding the property you'll be sure to see lots of small game, ducks, turkey and whitetail deer. Other area outdoor activities include kayaking, swimming, boating, cycling, hiking, and site seeing. Great area for winter activities such as ice fishing or snowmobiling. Highway 41 is a few minutes from the cottage and easily accessible for a trip to Green Bay.

Amazing views, great stay

Very impressed with the property, clean, everything that you need to make it a great place to stay, relax, and enjoy Lake Michigan views. Close to town and Green Bay. Responsive owner. Had a great vacation with my kids! We’ll be back! Highly recommend!

Quiet and secluded comfort

This quaint property was great. The owners supplied some drinking water and a couple bundles of firewood. I enjoy the fireplace and the quiet. The house had enough basic amenities to make it thru the stay.

House was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location!!! Choose from 2 ramps, one north and south. Both very nice ramps with plenty of parking. Town is minutes away for those items you forgot.

Amazing Cottage

This sweet cottage was so cozy and comfortable and the owners were awesome. I traveled from Alaska for a funeral and as difficult as that washaving this to relax in was just what we needed. Would definitely choose this property again. Thanks Michael and Nancy.

Time with Dad

We had a great stay with our 86 y.o. father. We fished the whole trip. The house was in a great location for fishing and could turn our boat and truck around. Would go back and probably will book it soon.

Great stay on the Bay 🎣

We have stayed at this cottage several times now. We always enjoy our stay. The cottage has always been clean and is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The owners always leave treats for our enjoyment which is appreciated. The owners communicate promptly and are easy to work with. We are hoping to return again this summer. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Perfect spot

Third year staying here in the spring. Perfect setup and location for two buddies taking an annual trip. Away enough from everything to not be bothered, close enough to get you to store or food quickly. They’ve improved the place every year we’ve been and always leave amazing snacks for arrival. Plan to stay annually as long as they’ll let us. Cheers

Ideal get away on the lake !

Clean, very thoughtful Host. Left local treats to enjoy for our anniversary get away. Very homey relaxing atmosphere with everything you need. Close to lots of parks to hike, kayak and boating. Everything was just as the description. No problems.

Fishing on the Bay

This property is right on the bay. There is plenty room forntrucks and boats. There is a launch 1 mole north or 5 miles south. The house has everything you need.

Perfect, Quaint and Cozy

Cliff notes version: I loved this place, and will definitely be going backMy wife and I stayed here on a 3-day trip to the area to celebrate her birthday. The cabin was great- perfect for our stay, clean but cozy, and so well thought through. It was stocked with conveniences (coffee, creamer, shampoo, etc.) and so tidy. I had regular communication with the owners (mostly me complimenting things), and they were quick to respond always.Great people, great place and a great 'feel' for the place- will definitely be making a return trip.

Nice cabin

Very cozy property. Minimal service near property so be sure to screenshot the door code prior to arriving. The water has a bit of a scent to it but was clean overall. Plenty of towels and other bathroom essentials were provided . Lots of pots and pans if you want to cook.

Over all it was a great get away. Thank you for your kindness and making sure we had everything we needed.Only 1 thing stuck out, smelly well water. It couldnt stay hot even filling it. Minor dilema though for the great view and so much serenity.odorand

Location, location!

We absolutely loved the simplicity of this very clean and cozy cottage in an absolutely perfect location. We were able to take a short drive to enjoy city life (Green Bay) during the day, yet be close enough to get back to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water while sitting by a campfire at night. And when rain tried to ruin the fun, we were still able to enjoy the outdoors by sitting in the attached screened porch area. Fun little nearby towns to explore. And fun to be had at the cottage with the indoor and outdoor games left for guests to use. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Wisconsin a great one! We hope to stay again!
