"Clean smelling room an hallways , but bed bugs ! "

"This was not at all what we would’ve expected from a Hampton property! We chose this because of the hot tub amenity. Unfortunately, the hot tub was disgusting. Not clean and smelled of mildew, definitely not treated properly with chemicals! The entire pool deck was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were ants, cigarette butts and leaves all over. The pool was definitely not maintained. Very dirty and a lot of leaves in it. The property is in severe need of some good maintenance in general. Our bathroom had either mildew or black mold splotches on the ceiling growing. The air conditioner was very loud and we were wondering if it was going to keep working for the night. The room smelled of mildew and it was somewhat clean, but just kind of surface cleaned. The wallpaper in the bathroom was worn to the point of the print wearing off and peeling from the walls in places. The staff was less than friendly. We had to catch an early flight so we didn’t stay for the breakfast, but I doubt I would’ve wanted to risk eating it. We were very disappointed in this property. If you’re staying in the Sanford area, I would recommend choosing the hotels on Ava Court instead. That’s where we usually go and we should’ve stuck with that!"

"House was close to major roadways, on a small quiet cul-de-sac. My kids appreciated having their own rooms and loved the master shower. Nicely decorated and spacious. Host responded immediately, was easy to contact and the check in/check out was simple and stress free."

"The house was beautiful. There was eight of us plus our 1 year old grandson. There was plenty to do for all ages and we really enjoyed the pool. Juan was a great host. He was easy to get ahold of if we needed him and even checked with us during our stay to see how it was going and if we needed anything. Highly recommend and we will definitely rent again. Thanks Juan!"

"Honestly, it wasn’t terrible if you need a place to rest your head. I would say it is probably better for a couple at most not a family of 5. Just had a few minor issues and only ended up staying one night out of seven. The tv and internet didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal and the hot water heater didn’t work to great so cold showers were a problem for me. Also I found the beds to be uncomfortable and the ac to not be super effective for my stay. Owner was responsive and the place looked great though. "

"We absolutely loved this home, love the layout, very clean, very comfortable, nice pool. I cant think of anything I would want to change or improve! Our 13 year old grand daughter loved the pool and its so charming and homey! The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you could need, every utencil you could possibly want for cooking is here! We plan to return next year to visit our grand daughter again. nice quiet neighborhood and all the comforts!"

"Everything was clean. The Only problem was with the bedroom by the washer & Dryer - strong gas smell in the room. We opened the garage door and pool door to air out the room then closed the door and placed a towel under the door to make sure gas smell didn't come back in."

"Great central location for lots of day trips! The host supplies many items to make the stay enjoyable - food, sundries, etc. Nice place for families. There are toys and games. We would stay again."
