"Wir sind aus der Mitte Deutschlands (Coburg) 1700 km bis nach Novaglie gefahren, um einmal so richtig dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ausgestattet als einzelnes Haus oberhalb des weitumher bekannten Ristorantes Lo Scalo in den gartenähnlichen Ferienunterkünften gelegen. So weit oben (90m über NN), dass man tagtäglich das Panorama genießen kann, doch so nah, dass wir zu Fuß ans Meer gehen konnten. "Wir hatten schöne 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus, das mitten in einem kleinen Olivenhain liegt. Biagio unser Vermieter war sehr nett. Danke nochmal für die Kakis und die selbstgemachte Marmelade. Man kann schöne Touren von der Unterkunft aus starten, benötigt jedoch ein Auto. Zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit. Das Geschirr, Besteck und der Boden waren nicht sauber. Ein Fön und Wifi wären auch nicht schlecht. Ansonsten ist ein sehr schöner Prt."

"The property was as listed. The host was excellent and ensured timely communication. Well stocked grocery stores are in nearby towns a few minutes drive away. We walked to and hiked the nearby Cipolliane trail... offers great views along the Adriatic. Also took scenic drives along the coast. The mini pool on the roof was very much appreciated. Would recommend."

"Sehr gut, die Wohnung war toll. Die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber in dieser Gegend gab es kaum eine Möglichkeit zum Meer zukommen. Überall nur Steilküste, und wenn dann Mal ein Zugang zum Wasser war gab es so viele Menschen die das auch wollten. Am Sandstrand waren so viele Urlauber, daß man gar keinen Sand mehr sehen konnte und absolutes Hundeverbot. Das stand nicht in der Reisebeschreibung. Wir sind dann zwei Wochen früher nach Hause gefahren. Aber wie gesagtit der Unterkunft war...

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel. "
