Clean, comfy beds, attentive staff, great dip pool, quiet and convenient location in the heart of Gallipoli. Antonio was fabulous and helpful. "This B&B is located in the very heart of historical center of Gallipoli and within a walking distance to everything important. It has no lift but a lot of stairs. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The property is not reachable by car (you will need to walk with your luggage at least 150 metres) and has NO parking, even though the property info on hotels.com says that "it is available". We ended up parking 1km away from this place. "

"From the moment I arrived, the kindness and thoughtfulness of Antonio and Assunta were amazing - thank you for looking after me, your advice and kind offers. The villa itself was in a beautiful and tranquil location, with everything you could need. There was even a roof terrace with a beautiful view down to the sea. The large garden area had lots of different areas to sit outside and enjoy, including a pond and rockery which Antonio had built himself. The seafront and beach at Torre Vado could be reached on foot (about 2km downhill on quiet roads) - a great place to go for a swim, to eat or for a drink. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and some wine to welcome me. It was a great location from which to explore the coastline - Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and only an hour from the beautiful city of Lecce which was well worth a day trip. Some great recommendations for places to eat from Antonio and places to visit.Antonio was always available for help or questions, but was also discreet and careful not to disturb. Very kind hosts and a truly beautiful place to stay for ten days.Grazie mille per tutti !"
