Apartment for tourist use in the historic center of Marín, just 100 meters from the Naval Military School, 50 meters from the bus stop, has the health center 200 meters away, two pharmacies just 20 meters from the house, free private parking , Portocelo beach 2 km, Mogor beach 3 km. The area is built of stone and access is pedestrian or by vehicle only if you reside in the area (in the case of rent you can access with the vehicle). It consists of 2 rooms with beds of 1.35 meters (marriage), a folding bed of 2 meters x 0.80 cm is supplied. Kitchen-living room, a full bathroom. It has a small terrace where is the washing machine and clothesline. The kitchen is furnished with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, extractor hood (all kitchen utensils are included). Bed linen and towels are also included. WIFI connection and PRIVATE PARKING

Magnifico apartamento en Marin

Muy buen apartamento en el centro de Marín. Bien ubicado, en calle tranquila y cerca de zona de ocio, restaurantes, y supermercados. Muy cerca de aparcamiento público. Apartamento limpio, amplio, muy luminoso y muy bien acondicionado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y confortable. Propietario amable y muy atento.

Como en casa.

Bien situado y cómodo. En un edificio nuevo con calidad en los materiales. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dïas. El responsable del piso, Juan Ramón, atiende con celeridad y amabilidad a cualquier cuestión o duda sobre el piso o la estancia en la zona, por lo que te sientes como en casa nada más llegar.

GENIAL MUY CENTRICO CERCA DE LAS PLAYAS

El piso esta muy bien, tal y como figura en las fotos, está en zona peatonal y hay parking publico muy cerca, todo muy limpio, al lado de casa un montón de bares y restaurantes para comer o picar algo, pulpo, empanada, tortilla, etc. Así como dos cafeterias en las que ponen con el café un buen pincho. La primera playa Mogor está cerca y se puede ir andando, se tardan unos 25 minutos. La experiencia muy buena y destacaría la limpieza del apartamento y el trato del dueño, siempre pendiente para lo que necesitamos, nos explicó donde comer, que poder visitar etc.

Apartamento ideal para una familia de 4 o más,ya que dispone de una cama supletoria. El apartamento está en perfecto estado,todo nuevo y muy limpio situado en el centro,cerca del paseo marítimo,la escuela naval,el mercado central donde puedes encontrar la mejor carne y pescado de la zona y por supuesto un montón de bares y restaurantes donde comer exquisitos platos típicos. Pero sin duda lo mejor fue José,el dueño del apartamento,una persona muy amable y super atenta con todos nosotros. Si tenéis que visitar la zona,no dudeis en alquilar este apartamento lo recomiendo 100% yo si vuelvo sin duda me hospedare en el mismo sitio.

Fenomenal

El piso está en el mismo centro de Marín pegado a la escuela naval militar y aunque no se puede aparcar en la misma calle, el puerto esta a escasos 100 metros y siempre ha sitio. El piso esta fenomenal, tal y como sale en las fotos, esta nuevo, muy luminoso y con espacio mas que suficiente para 4-5 personas. Nos dieron el piso super limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Las camas eran muy cómodas al igual que el resto del piso Recomendable 100%
