Beyond the great onsite restaurants, the wonderful spa, beautiful rooms and outstanding views of the water and the mountains, were the lovely and engaging team members from the attendants that greeted you to the front desk to every member of the resort, all were friendly and helpful. "Fantastic location (but be mindful it can be noisy being in the city centre). Very good pressure in the shower. Many plugs across the room (practical for all our little electronics). Free internet available although unreliable. The room wasn't dirty nor very clean. Limited amenities (towels, soaps, iron & ironbaord). No kettle. Hotel in need of a good freshen up. Definitely not worth 90€/night."
