Charming lake side retreat great for family time or a romantic getaway!

This beautiful home boasts over 2400 square feet of living space. It has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathooms. It is situated on beautiful Otisco Lake and less than twenty minutes away from Skaneateles and Destiny Mall USA.
Drive up to hike the nearby 90 foot tall Carpenter's waterfall near Skaneateles or Tinker Falls in Tully NY. Explore the Village of Skaneateles' unique shops, boutiques and world class restaurants. Take the 5/20 drive while exploring the wine country, rolling hills and the Finger Lakes Region of beautiful Upstate New York. Near us is 1911 apple orchard, song mountain ski resort and several golf courses.

The Space:
On the main level there is an open floor plan with a spacious living area, modern kitchen with granite counters and dining room seating for (8). The second level has a Master bedroom with on suite jacuzzi bathtub and queen bed, guests bedrooms with queen bed. Fully furnished with linens, livingroom and kitchen ammenities. Pamper yourself with the luxuries of a home theater, hot tub, downstairs sauna and internet service. Catch up on some reading on the wrap around deck, or just veg in our covered hot tub and open porch overlooking the lake.
There is a dock, fire pit, and over 80 feet of private lakefront for you to enjoy! If you brought your fishing gear - catch some fish off the dock!

The lake is not swim-ready until mid-June unless you are a very hardy soul! Sit on the front deck and you may see our resident eagles. The sunsets from the deck are absolutely magnificent!
Rent a party boat from the local marina to tool around our beautiful lake and motor up to "lakeside vista" and enjoy one of our local eateries. You can bring your own boat and dock at the marina nearby.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat.

The place was fantastic. Clean, very fully furnished and the hosts were quite responsive. It was the perfect mix of quiet and accessible- 15 minutes from the quaint Skaneateles tourist areas but more private. Wineries may take a little planning with most 30-60 minutes away but it is the perfect relaxation getaway. Sissy’s Pizza just up the road is amazing.

Great family stay for Syracuse graduation

The house was a short drive from the Syracuse campus. We enjoyed the beautiful views and comfortable rooms. Beak and Skiff was very close by and made for a great afternoon outing! Wish we had more time to enjoy the area!

Family get together

Listing and pictures were accurate and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had an incredible expansive deck with great views of the lake. The downstairs had a game room, bar, movie theatre and a great place to hangout. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House!!!

What a beautiful home! The house was perfect and well stocked and the views were spectacular! The kids had a great time renting kayaks, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the decks, playing games and watching movies every night! Our hosts were so nice and helpful and we are so appreciative of them sharing their lovely home with us! We would love to come back again!!!

Beautiful Home

Amazing home right on the Lake, we had 6 of us stay for my daughters wedding the house was perfect. I just wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub and game room. We are planning on coming back when our schedule is a little less hectic.

Great Family Getaway

We had an amazing time for a family getaway. We spent a lot of time in the basement rec area using the pool table and dart board. The yard was large enough for cornhole and the deck areas were great sitting spots to watch the lake. We also had a fire one night. We rented a pontoon boat from the campground/marina right across the street so we could walk there which was convenient. House is well stocked and pictures are just as advertised. Highly recommend!

Great house!

House was very nice, basement great for kids etc. House on busy road, so watch the kids. Only 2 restaurants on the lake, but Skaneateles is 15 mins with plenty to do. Owners very nice and responsive. Great fishing on north lake side, house is on south end, which is cut off from main lake by a causeway, with a small "cut through" for boats to go back and forth, but not a long ride by boat.

Absolutely Perfect

The photos accurately depicted the home. The beauty of the scenery is best captured in person. There was something for everyone in the family. Some preferred the games, others the sauna. I loved the middle deck. It was relaxing just to sit there and take in the view.

Quick Family Getaway

The house and hosts were amazing. The hosts allowed us to change our dates when we experienced an unplanned family event. The house was beautifully decorated.When a snowstorm arrived, we decided to cancel our day trip and took advantage of the basement/game room. When we were not playing pool or board games, we were in the hot tub or watching movies in the theatre style seats.

Senior golfer reunion

This was our second year here which tells you we like this house a lot. Close to one of the best golf courses in New York. Well maintained and prime location right on the water. Plenty to do in good and bad weather. Campground store and boat rental nearby (500 feet). Angela is very responsive to any questions that come up. No hesitation to rate this house 5 stars!
