"Excellent and gorgeous all the way around. Quick walk to the gondola and straight to the beach. The whole resort was fabulous. The only thing I didn't like was no balcony, and there was an exhaust fan running all day in the room in the little kitchen area. Otherwise, I will be back again for sure."

"The rooms are clean. But there was no turn down service as promised for Royal upgraded guests. Welcoming staff are not to impressive. The 7th floor check in is not any more convenient nor special. We were expecting welcome drinks for we were very thirsty from our long flight. We went to the bar and noone is there to assist. The staff during our stay are fabulous. The staff in the cabanas and lunge chairs are so attentive. We hope that snacks are served too in the bars."
