Fin lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter. Litet minus att lakan kostade extra. Hade hellre sett att det var inkluderat i priset. Ytterligare ett minus att det inte gick att öppna fönstren mer än 10 cm då det blev otroligt varmt i lägenheten (det var 29 grader varmt på Åland när vi var där).

Vinterresa till Mariehamn i lägenhet

Fin lägenhet som hade allt som kan behövas för självhushållning och matlagning. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till centrum. Lungt område. Sängkläder betalas på sidan av men det är inte tillåtet med egna sängkläder. Jag tycker nog att kostnaden då borde ingå i priset eftersom den är obligatorisk och inte går att välja bort. Vi är nöjda med vistelsen och kan varmt rekommendera Klintvägen.

Pohjakerroksen asuntoon kuului melko paljon meteliä, kun ihmiset kävivät ulkona tupakalla ja kulkivat portaissa paljon öiseen aikaan. Suihkun termostaatti ei toiminut ja WC-pönttö jäi helposti valumaan, koska vetonuppi ei toiminut kunnolla. WC:ssä oli myös melko voimakas haju. Lakanamaksun maksaminen erikseen käteisellä oli hieman epäkäytännöllistä. Jos lakanat on pakko vuokrata majoituspaikasta, eikö olisi helpompi maksaa ne varauksen yhteydessä?

Erittäin riittävä

Sovelluksen kuvat ei vastanneet todellisuutta. Terassia ei ollut, kalusteet kyllä, ja asunto oli kolmannessa kerroksessa. Pakollinen liinavaatemaksu piti jättää käteisenä asuntoon; tämä oli kyllä jossakin huonetiedoissa mainittuna, mutta löytääkseen sai ihan etsiä. Huone piti lähtiessä siivota itse tai maksaa 30€ siivousmaksu. Siivousvälineet oli varsin puutteelliset, mutta laskua ei ole tullut, joten meidän siivous ilmeisesti hyväksyttiin. Luo vaikutelman, että asunto ei ole ollutkaan ammattipuhdas saapuessa. Sijainti hyvä ja asunto tilava ja rauhallinen.

Rauhallinen sijainti. Uudet keittiökalusteet ja koneet ja ok siisteys plussaa. Asialliset omistajat. Esittelykuvat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta. Yhtään kuvaa ei ollut siitä huoneistosta jossa olimme. Osa kuvauksesta ei pitänyt paikkaansa, mm. garden view (ikkuna kadulle) ja luksuspetivaatteet (ihan tavalliset). Vessa/suihku tila oli miniatyyrikokoinen, ahdas. Ei kunnon siivousvälineitä. Petivaatteista piti maksaa erikseen, ei saanut käyttää omia.

Jättefin lägenhet och sköna sängar, allt fräscht. Det enda som var att anmärka på var att det låg gamla äckliga kökssvampar i diskhon och duschen och väldigt ofräscht duschdraperi, och toa pappret tog slut, fanns inget i Lgh . Annars toppen
