"Hotel location is overlooking the beach. Hotel needs an upgrade. Housekeeping re-trained regarding handling of towels to be re-used by room occupants. They should not be folded (touched) and moved from their original place in order for users to know which towel is theirs."

"While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed"

"The actual villa we stayed in was pretty clean, it is beautiful inside as well. Pool side area could use some cleaning/scrubbing. Staff were very helpful and nice, from the driver who picked us up and drove to the airport to the receptions and other staff. They were amazing to deal with, communication was awesome. We love it there. "
