liked the pools lots of sand in pools with kids, adult pool nice. chairs little uncomfortable; fun places to eat.

Great service! Especially from Guillermo, David and Magda all in the pool area. Very attentive and always had a smile on. Also, enjoyed that there were more activities than before so a bit more to do. Super clean resort and food was all delicious!!

The only downside is the airport is pretty far, and it’s a bit pricey for a taxi. Also, the taxi back to the airport was terrible, driver was very inexperienced dangerous ride back. The hotel does not check the taxi driver credentials, not even sure this your lady was certified to drive.

Staff in general were amazing. As an American born into tipping culture I brought a lot of small USD bills to tip at least $2 USD per drink and $5+ for room service and additional $5 for housekeeping per occurrence. Awesome service the entire week, except for our last day where we felt the pool service was lacking - we had the impression our tipping may not have been good enough. We felt a bit neglected during our 6 hours by the pool, the server checked in once and we flagged him down for our other 3 drinks. here are a lot of upcharges to eat at the best restaurants - you also have an option for shuttle service to other company owned properties including all-inclusive perks for food and pool/beach access. Overall a solid experience, do not go here if you are looking for a deep nightlife experience. It gets incredibly quiet and nothing to do after 10pm. You’ll have to take a ride to Cabo proper for any late night fun outside of your bedroom. Great couples escape. I needed a massage and overspent at the spa, but loved the experience, convenience and service provided. Additionally, the beach is dangerously beautiful, reserve a cabana or just go and watch the waves roll in FROM A DISTANCE. Cabana is well worth a beach day away from pool politics. Reserve your pool spot by 11am - might be worse in busy season.
