"The owners of this property take pride in their unit. Coming from the States, we were concerned with safety, cleanliness and noise. This property had a private garage that fit our rental car for our 2 week stay. This helped with getting our stuff in and out without drawing too much attention. The owners greeted us warmly and were always accessible via WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean and had all the comforts from home (kitchen, clothes washer, etc.). We would highly recommend this place...

"The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area."

"Pretty nice and quiet place, the only problem is electric stove in rooms, - they are unusable, you will wait for an hour to boil a cup of water, and the rooms don't have electric kettles. I've been living in two rooms and none of them had a properly working stove. Daily housekeeping is not included, no extra towel to put on the floor in the bathroom, while the water drips to the floor a lot when you're taking a shower, even though I was very accurate. Everything else is amazing."

"When I checked in I was told by the property they had problems getting paid by Expedia, so needed me to pay cash. They sent me screenshots showing they cancelled my booking on Expedia. I was forced to pay in cash. I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for 5 people, but was given a 1 bedroom with 4 beds and 1 bathroom. The single beds smelled moldy. There was crumpling concrete around exposed pipes in the kitchen. It was not luxury, worse than a normal residence. The property said the 2 bedroom...

"The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room....
