The beds are hard and pillows too soft. The rooms aren't as clean - lots of dust and dust bunnies.
Overall the property is quiet. Rooms are a bit small and cramped.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing rooms. Our suite was stunning and the in-room sauna was an amazing and unique addition. The room was so well designed, super comfortable and clean.
The staff were absolutely fantastic helping us out almost immediately whenever we needed anything with wonder service.
Location was also superb close to so many major tourist locations and easy to get around from. Great local shops around too. Cannot recommend a hotel more than this, may be one of the best Ive ever stayed at for the price!

Room was very, well appointed, with smart and effective technology. Loved the heated bathroom floors. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was ala cart, excellent bacon and very reasonably priced. Location is great with shops nearby and the Naschmarkt with many dining options within walking distance.
