Chalet Maria Alm by Ski Slopes & Views

This wonderfully rural, detached chalet, directly on the slopes, with a magnificent view of the "Hochkönig", is an ideal starting point. The chalet is cozy and well furnished and has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. A carport is available. The balcony or terrace offers a wonderful view over the adjacent ski slope.

Maria Alm offers many possibilities outside the winter and is also very popular in these seasons. Due to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal starting point for many day trips to Salzburg or Zell am See, Schloss Ritzen, the Kaprunner Stausee, the Großglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the Eisriesenwelt. In Maria Alm you will experience a dream holiday in both winter and summer!

Whether you like skiing or snowboarding, there are numerous slopes and modern ski lifts in Maria Alm. There are also many cross-country skiing, skating and hiking opportunities in the winter so that everyone can spend their winter holiday as they wish. In the spring and summer, this holiday home is surrounded by vast green meadows and you can enjoy a delicious barbecue at the holiday home.

Wundervoll gelegenes Chalet; klein aber fein. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für Paar, Oma und Hund benötigt . Wenn der Wettergott , wie bei uns, mitspielt, eine perfekte Unterkunft für Urlauber, die entlohnt von der traumhaften Natur , die Ursprünglichkeit zu schätzen wissen. Man fühlt sich von den Besitzern des Bauernhofes nebenan sehr willkommen . Wir kommen wieder ;-) .

Wir hatten hier mit unserem 9jährigen Sohn einen Aufenthalt von 1 Woche in den Osterferien. Wir haben alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Auf der Terrasse kann man die Sonne den ganzen Tag genießen. Es gibt ein Trampolin und einen Sandkasten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Sofa ist ein wenig klein, aber uns hat es nicht allzu sehr gestört, da wir bei schönem Wetter viel draußen waren. Es gibt viel zu entdecken in der Umgebung. Allerdings waren wir außerhalb der Saison da und vieles öffnet erst wieder ab Mai. Es gibt Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäcker in Maria Alm, die über den Feldweg in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar sind. Der Weg könnte für manchen vielleicht etwas steil sein. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme damit. Dies aber einfach als Information. Mit dem Auto darf man hier nicht entlang fahren. Dazu muss man den Weg über den Ort Almdorf nehmen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurztrip. Das Chalet ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, unter anderem mit einer gewöhnlichen Kaffeemaschine, einer Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Die Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen. Für uns liegt das Chalet perfekt für schöne Ausflüge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und vor Ort. Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind ist es perfekt! Wir kommen wieder und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Mooie locatie en goede prijs kwaliteit. Goede plek als uitvalsbasis voor salzburgerland. Wel waren eigenaren druk aan het verbouwen en al erg vroeg in de weer met zwaar gereedschap. Wij waren niet heel veel in het huisje. Alleen om er te slapen.

Het was een heel fijne vakantie. Het huisje is ideaal gelegen om de omgeving te ontdekken. We waren er met de 2 kinderen. Het huisje aan zich is niet zo groot, maar dat hoeft ook niet aangezien je vaak op stap gaat. Je kan te voet naar het nabijgelegen dorp, om naar de winkel/restaurants... te gaan. Het zijn heel vriendelijke eigenaars. We hadden wat problemen met de WiFi, door een blikseminslag in de buurt. De mensen hebben er alles aan gedaan om het op te lossen, en ons hiervan op de hoogte te houden. Aangezien je in Maria Alm logeert krijg je ook een Hochköning-card, waarmee je gratis op de zomerliften kan, en op veel plaatsen korting krijgt. Een fijn extraatje dus!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gehad in een kleine maar complete vakantiewoning lekker buiten op een vrije locatie in het buitengebied van Maria Alm. Goede gastvrouw en leuke locatie voor mensen die van rust houden. Vanuit de woning kan men direct de bergen in om mooie wandelingen te maken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Top ontvangst, hemels plekje. Op het terrein van de boerderij maar toch heel privé. Een leuke visvijver in de buurt waar onze kinderen (13 en 11 jaar) ook mochten vissen en kreeftjes vangen! Trampoline en nest jonge katjes maakten het feest compleet. Fantastisch uitzicht op de weides en bergen. Het huisje is netjes en er was alles wat je nodig had. Op verzoek hingen er iedere ochtend verse broodjes aan de deur. In de omgeving is zoveel te doen: rodelen, waldruschpark, kastelen grotten klamm, skiliften, mountainbike huren, boogschieten ennz enz. In het lieflijke dorpje Maria Alm veel leuke restaurants. Echt een aanrader om naar dit huisje te gaan!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Huisje was perfect. Goed schoon, bedden waren opgemaakt. Maria Alm is een gezellig dorp. Voor ons een prima en mooie wandel omgeving. Dit kon dan ook gelijk vanuit het huisje.

Traumhaft schöne Lage. Am Ende einer Sackgasse. Fussweg zum einkaufen bergab 5 Minuten. Tolle Gastgeber. Super sauber. Wohnung klein aber fein. Eigener kleiner GArten mit Schaukel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit

Tolle Lage der Ferienunterkunft, wir konnten direkt vom Chalet aus los wandern. Es war alles komplett vorhanden, um zu kochen und sich von den Anstrengungen der Wandertouren zu erholen.
