Holiday Apartment "Langeck" with Balcony and Mountain View

The beautiful holiday apartment Langeck in sole location is located in Maria Alm at the organic farm Mitterstegengut in the region Hochkönig near some of the most popular ski slopes in the area. The apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, a dining area, a very well-equipped kitchenette with dish washer, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds), one bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby cot, a cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful and furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the mountain panorama where the cosy accommodation is embedded. Due to the ideal location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are only 600 m away. Within a radius of 1.5 km there are numerous skiing areas. Families, hikers, bikers and winter sports enthusiasts find the location of the Langeck holiday apartment particularly convenient.

The holiday apartment is located in a farmhouse in a sunny and quiet location, in the valley and at 160 m access from the Hockkönigstrasse. To the centre of (600 m) Maria Alm and to the ski lifts (400 m) to the Hochkönig region (120 km of slopes) you can reach in about 10 minutes on foot (ski school, rental, shops, restaurants). The well-known and year-round open glacier skiing area Kitzsteinhorn can be reached by car in about 20km. A bus stop is located in about 170 m distance. The Tauern Cycle Path leads directly past the farm. In the summer you can also enjoy a free open-air swimming pool (in the Sommerstein adventure pool), daily guided hikes are offered.

It is a family partner business where children are very welcome. Young guests are welcome to take part in the Schlawutzel children's programme of the TVB Maria Alm free of charge. A playground, many petting animals and the farm offer children lots of entertainment and experiences on the farm.



The hosts live in the same house and are happy to provide information about the vacation region.



The house is heated with its own wood with the help of a woodchip heating system provided by the landlord himself. The hosts attach importance to a sustainable management of the organic farm.



The sunbathing lawn (with garden furniture and barbecue) invites you to sunbathe during the day, or in the evening - to complete your holiday day in a cheerful atmosphere.





Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

The Hochkönig-Card is included in the price.

A storage room for sports equipment and a drying room for shoes and clothes are in the house.

A washing machine is available for a fee.
